I don’t think you know a lot about the incel community. Dr. Eppley is an infamous plastic surgeon because he will perform cosmetic procedures on incels. Most others won’t, because they think incels have BDD. It is not uncommon for incels/blackpillers to discuss plastic surgery, procedures to get, Eppley’s costs, etc. “Looksmax.org” and “looksmaxxing” are two forums for the sole purpose of discussing how to be more attractive/ sexier to women.
