The girl in these instances is the predator. These little boys are going to be psychologically warped!

That's a fear you must learn to overcome. What works for me is a mix of the Gospel and the Tao.

I quit dating a long time ago; I'm much happier now (it took getting used to), and I have money in the bank now. Marriage in the USA has become a totally dysfunctional institution, and is to be avoided regardless of the cost, IMHO. The effort it took for me to learn to do so was great, and so was the result. Jesus saves. :)

This world is so messed up that I'm extremely glad that I was circumcised as an infant. The word Israel means overcomer.

I leave it to interested readers to determine whether they agree with my post. This is the Internet. This is what the Internet is all about. If what I post interests you, research it for yourself to determine its credibility. I am not a god.

Only an intact penis performs as "originally intended." The glans of the penis swells considerably in the intact man upon sexual arousal, while this swelling of the glans is minimal in the circumcised man. This is significant because the penis is a vascular organ. It becomes erect only when engorged with blood. The glans is made of mucous membrane, and its swelling during arousal permits it to more readily perform its primary vascular function: absorption of vaginal secretions during intercourse…

It goes far beyond merely inspiring. Its profoundly meaningful, because it has had an enormous effect on literally every aspect of my life for many years. I can clearly see the influence of the Holy Spirit at work in my life.

I know with certainty that the Bible is very, very powerful.

I suspect that a flyswatter, used many thousands of times over a period of many years, for many different things, is a very powerful thing indeed. It seems that you have severe misunderstandings of the Bible. "Seek and you shall find...," which is exactly what you are doing. I suspect that you will soon discover that the Bible has far more power than you are presently aware of. Don't forget that Jesus said he would build his church upon Peter The Rock, who famously denied him three times.

The best that I can hope for is to lead you back to God's Word. The reason you left was due to a personal misunderstanding of some point, or points, of Scripture, rest assured. I don't have all the answers myself. How could I? God deals with each of us individually and does so exactly where we are.

II Corinthians 3:18 really says it all. The concept behind this Scripture verse what I love more than anything else. There's simply nothing more that I can say, except that the Bible is very, very powerful. I sincerely hope that someday you discover its power for yourself. God bless!

"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." -II Corinthians 3:18, KJV.

It is impossible to have any thorough understanding of the New Testament without having a thorough understanding of the Old Testament. Therefore, the entire Bible is holy.

As far as I can tell, God and the Buddha have no issues to argue about. That's way over my head, though. I do believe that there is a remote but distinct possibility that Jesus was exposed to Mahayana Buddhism. The Bible implores us to wait upon the Lord. Your contrived circumstance makes no sense to me. I am mortal; you are mortal; the Creator is far beyond such a triviality as mortality. That's how I understand the Bible.

There is a story in the Bible about Jesus and "the woman at the well." In this instance, as well as another in the New Testament, Jesus forgives her adultery. For the Christian, there is no "proper way to sell your daughters into slavery." Jesus says, "I came not to do away with the law, but to fulfill the law." He fulfilled the law with his blood. Your post completely ignores the context of the Gospel.

Only the Bible itself is capable of cultivating such discernment, and one must be careful which translation he/she is reading if it is other than an original Hebrew or Greek manuscript. To any believing Christian, Satan is said to have supernatural powers. Interestingly enough, the closer you get to salvation the more difficult the path becomes, and the greater the discernment which is required. Having learned to fear God is probably is best asset in this regard. Jesus says that The Kingdom of G…

A faith can be cultivated that is far more enduring than any of the otherwise excellent things you mention. That's what the Bible is saying when it talks about pursuing "Everlasting Life," the process of Biblical sanctification.

"If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools." -a line from the poem If by Rudyard Kipling. The context of anything virtuous, even something pure and wonderful, can be twisted into a total farce usually for political ends of some sort. It is sometimes difficult not to be frightened by such profoundly malevolent underhandedness. Faith must be cultivated if it is to have any viability.

Jehovah a demon? What a profoundly jaded perspective! I notice that I'm being downvoted for my above post, which I fully expected. My only comment to those who ridicule the Gospel is that as these folks grow older, wiser, and hopefully less desperate they will deeply, even tearfully regret their ridicule of something as wonderfully holy as the Gospel.

Becoming a Christian could never be a mistake as long as that person seeks the guidance of the Holy Spirit with all his/her heart.

The Bible says that fornication is very bad. You will therefore find it more far difficult to become a Christian, if you ever decide to attempt to do so.

"By" arises from spontaneous autonomy and "through" contains a viable component of ongoing social contracts.

In the Bible, Romans 3, Paul says that the circumcised are saved BY faith, the uncircumcised are saved THROUGH faith. The choice is yours.
