Stop assuming you know anything at all about someone based on the way they look. Even if you approach 100 girls without changing your current mindset you’ll probably manifest rejection anyway.

Flirt and be outgoing with everyone. The fat chicks can be serious cock blocks if you just brush them off and don't handle well. Introducing yourself to the fat chicks/guys first is a good strategy if there's a hot one in the group. Drives em crazy to not get the usual attention. A good method for deflecting is to be "wing man" for the fat chicks and tell them to point out who they want and take them to go make friends. Basically turn them into a beta orbiter. When you're across the bar and the …

No mention of sci-fi series? Stargate SG-1 O Neil and Teal’c both exhibit some pretty alpha characteristics and hold frame in difficult situations. NCIS Gibb’s character is classic red pill. Star Trek TNG is loaded with alpha characters. Picard especially throughout the series holing frame in front of the crew. Then there’s always archer. The quips and one liners are great even though they paint him as somewhat of an idiot.

I sure hope so. I've been sitting here wondering if I have BPD or if I'm actually in control and this upswing is the result of the small improvements I've made to my lifestyle. I always have this feeling in the back of my mind that things might crash and burn at any moment.

Start treating these the same as you would a shit test from a woman. You could hit the situation head on and take it from joking to calling him out and putting your foot down. This will only work if the other people in the social circle think he is an asshole and don't like it when he does it to them. "My knowledge of popular media has nothing to do with my intelligence. Do not speak to me in that disrespectful manner" or something along those lines. This is very dependent on tone and body langu…

Im 28... when I found TRP a couple years ago I had just gotten on track with my journey of self improvement. Had I found it earlier I would not have spent several years and a significant amount of money at a University searching for answers as to why my relationships weren't working. Interestingly enough, I had one family studies course in school that pretty much outlined red pill theory using different terminology. Once I realized that the crippling anxiety that I used to feel was my significan…

Have you visited /r/raisedbynarcissists ? Might help to know that there are A LOT of people out there that feel the same as you. Also , theres a strong correlation between co-dependency and being raised by a narcissist. Relating back to my previous post go deeper inside your head and figure this shit out so you can learn to take care of yourself. It's a terrible thing that they don't teach us that. It's literally the key to a happy life. Also, realize that just by being here is no joke... the sh…

You might want to take a step back and think about why it is that you like people. Do you really like them for who they are? Deep down you're motivated just like everyone else. Sounds like the main thing you want is validation. Bottom line is thats okay. Once you realize what it is you actually want you can find easier more consistent ways to get it.

I have a buddy that is very naturally good with women. He has a 20 year old Toyota Trecell thats beat to shit as well as a 2015 Silverado fully loaded decked out with rims etc. I've actually noticed the girls that the truck attracts are usually less suited for a LTR. The women he's picked up after work driving the beater have seemed to be of better quality IMHO. Also, I have another friend that was born into a wealthy family. He had the biggest baddest truck when he was in HS. Pulled chicks all …

Once you fully understand this community and learn to appreciate women for the people they are instead of putting them on a pedestal you will realize how very opposite this community is from being misogynistic. I promise you if you read No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert Glover and take it to heart it will change your life.

One of the best things that has helped me in life is something someone said that stuck with me. We were on a ski trip in California and I was driving everyone to the bars. Everyone jumps in the car and there's one person left out as I say I feel bad but I'm not risking a ticket for an extra passenger as they are very strict about that where we were. One of the people that came a long says "He is an adult he will deal with it." Thats when I realized where do I get off making decisions for other p…

I just firmly told her that I wasn't interested in getting involved with that. It really didn't bother me too bad I understand that everyone is trying to make something of themselves one way or another.

Honestly it's the place I've had the most success. I probably got a dozen numbers last semester in the Starbucks line. It's super easy to talk about their majors ask where they are from etc. If they didn't have a class I would invite them to the library after to study together and continue the conversation. You can also pull the "Are you stalking me?" line if they see you in line more than one day. Early in the semester around lunch time is a prime place as many people haven't learned which frie…

On the hotel suggestion you could plan on going out to a restaurant or bar where there is a hotel across the street. Suggest not wanting to drive because you've had a couple drinks at the end of the night.

I don't know you but it sounds to me that you are lonely. From my experience the loneliest I've been was when I was with my ex and I had an expectation that she would make it go away. You need some guy friends that you can talk to and rely on. Don't get me wrong I'm working very hard to get my stuff figured out but I'm doing awesome right now and I'm excited for what's to come!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
