Gaming is my favorite hobby. It's a shame that the gaming industry is being taken over by SJWs with their leftist agenda. The major AAA studios are slowly being taken over. Yep I do my best to avoid plastics but they are truly unavoidable. Even if you buy meats that are whole, many are still packaged in plastic, especially if they are in cryovac packaging. Although as you said in a comment below reducing exposure is key. No plastic water bottles, avoid fast food, whole cuts of meats NOT ground oh and regular exercise helps as well. I also enjoy a fair amount of fermented soy as I am East Asian but I avoid the unfermented soy like the plague.

Not that the rapidly changing technological world of today isn't fascinating but I wish I was born 50 years into the future where these things might be second nature.
