It's stories like these that keep me from regurgitating the red pill.

I've been there. It isn't easy. Right now my mission in life is to acquire wealth and knowledge. I feel very empty though, happy, but empty. I'm tackling it though and you should too. It gets better.

I told my friend's wife I was getting a vasectomy and that was enough to send her full nuclear and shame me in front of my friends at an engagement party. Forget not talking about MGTOW, don't talk about ANYTHING to anyone relating to your personal life to women. They'll sniff you out and attack with absolute impunity.

I went to a nightclub on Saturday night and it was the biggest snoozefest I have ever seen. Men and women all on the dancefloor, but no one approaches. The women await a man in shining armour to appear. He doesn't come. The men await a slight hint of eye contact to make the approach, and don't. I also met a girl that night I knew. She called me a cunt (because I am not a mangina clearly and she was annoyed by this) and I promptly left. Don't fool yourself. Disappoint is always closer than it see…

Box, skateboard, lift Enjoy watching sports videos on youtube. I don't consider watching sport on tv counter productive. I do however find watching endless amounts of tv shows to be absolute time sinks. Goodbye Game of Thrones. I like walks in the woods, I like swimming in the outdoor public pool, I go to the cinema about once a month. I like cigars and scotch so I smoke and indulge once a week with a friend, mostly on Fridays. I like making playlists on Apple Music too, although this is quite t…

29 here, almost 30. Taking the best of TRP and MGTOW. Consider myself just a confirmed bachelor. Yes we are perpetual bachelors. And it doesn't matter what side of the spectrum or whatever you want to call it. Once you swallow the pill you can do what YOU want. Family life is not an option. The money I would need to make and sustain a family out of debt would require me to move cities (which I don't want to do) and incur long hours of work (I work in consulting) reducing the number of hours I al…

I'm deliberately vague. Exaggerate when necessary, downplay when necessary. It does work. However women are good at getting you to talk about yourself. How does one counter that effectively? Do we just keep throwing back questions in their face? W: "What do you do?" RPM: "I work as a consultant, what do you do?" Now sometimes you expect them to go off on a tangent but I've found they'll answer this quickly and move onto questions regarding what a consultant does or "do you work a lot?" "Do you t…

I'm not 50 but for so long this behaviour was completely invisible to me. Now when I go to the mall I see these manginas getting drilled by their cunty wives. Pushing carts around, children hanging all over the place. Bulging waistlines. The very image of life sucking slavery.

I actually came to read this because I feel fucking angry right now. It's rest day for me but last night I was in the ring sparring and it felt good. I got a bit of it out on the bag. But my anger is not translating into the physical at gym or in the ring. It's been three months since my LTR crashed. If anyone has advice let me know. I do meditate periodically. Anything else?

I had breakfast with a good friend of mine today. To say he was shocked at how my views had changed since I swallowed the pill would be an understatement. Interesting enough I was waiting for him to say "you've changed." He didn't. I take that as I sign that the mask is slipping.

On the point of getting physical or emotional with friends. My LTR too hated it when I would hang on my friends, give hugs, talk about their careers, give them advice, put my hand on their shoulder. She was like "you're so touchy with your friends." My response was to the point "I like my friends and I show it, you don't and you show it."

Confirmed. I've done it and it has been done to me. Granted this was when I was younger. If I did that now, at 29, I'd be disgusted with myself. My teacher once said "Is risking so much, for so little temporary pleasure, worth it?"

That is one of the core problems of the modern (bp) man. He doesn't. He believes that his lot in life is to serve others and that this makes him worthy to society and women.

Can attest to the suicidal thoughts. That's I felt after my ltr collapsed and I found this sub. I am seeing a therapist , she's a woman actually, and it has been quite helpful. I think meds are dangerous

This is something I can attest to a lot more now that I have taken the pill. I'm looking at the women I interact with as part of the sexual market place (to fuck as you say) and not as potential partners (women you want to nurture, love etc). The latter feels feels far more natural.

I couldn't agree anymore. I'm 29. And I honestly if I'm that random bachelor then so be it. I'm not alone, have many bachelor friends. Also people telling me "40" is mid career and you're not going anywhere after that so you better wax it until then or you're fucked. Google: median age for an S&P 500 CEO in 2007 was 55. What a self limiting pathetic view of the world some people have.

Wargames/paintball The competitive stuff I've never in my life seen one female. My cousin did it for years and has many fond memories. Golf is also a surprisingly masculine sport here in RSA. Yeah sure women do play but typically the genders don't mix. The clubhouse (19th hole) is also predominately male. But that's my city.

It gets a whole lot harder before it gets easier. I thought getting into the gym and lifting, and nailing down good habits was hard. No way, that was easy. It's the lying awake at night, fighting the machinations of my mind, having to use meditation to quell the storm. That's the hard part man. I am glad we can all agree that no man ever came here and left lesser.

I hear man. There is no easy fix to this as, from my calculations, most options are weighted against you (men, in general). I crave companionship too, but I don't NEED it. If I did, I would be dead.

I found this at 29. A perfect time for me in my country as this is typically the age band at which men get married. I come here regularly in addition to seeing a therapist. Over the last 5 years all of my improvements have come from reddit. /r/minimalism, /r/pornfree /r/mgtow /r/theredpill /r/malefashionadvice etc Without these communities I would be lost. I had this exact same thought yesterday. And I hear you man. This was my thought process. It's been three months since your three year LTR collapsed. You're lifting now, going to the beach, driving your land rover, buying cool stuff, you're being you and you're happy, cool, but what is your mission? Simple, to be the best man possible. Yeah, but to what end? So that I can retire and have a yacht and be a rich schmuck. Yeah but why, why do you need any of that, what will you contribute to society…
/r/MGTOW30/12/15 11:51 AM

I've been wondering about this. In this shitty society getting into the 20% isn't that difficult. But that 20% can be stronger or weaker based on of course what and who constitutes that 20%. This leads me to another point constantly mentioned on here. Expounding TRP publicly, adds potential to the growing pool of men competing against you, even if they're your friends.

I was going to dive into theory and MGTOW but I'd rather give you a very abridged story of my life. I had gone my own way for years until a met this unicorn woman who I dated for three years. I began to ditch my ways, I fell in love and started "not going my own way." I wanted to marry her. Then it all fell apart. I'm 29 years old. I can't go back to dating. I can't go back to the fleeting happiness in the sea of misery that relationships offer. So I've gone my own way. We have very limited time…

Heard this all day Christmas. Shit tests/off side comments, they were PROTOTYPICAL. "So, are you Dan Bilzerian now?" "Why are you growing a beard? Your face is beautiful." "Don't get too big you're going to need to go buy new clothes." "By, why do you want to box, you're 29 years old, you're going to get yourself into hospital. You have prospects." "Are you GAY?" "The iron can wait it's Christmas."

I can't stress enough how this is one of the biggest obstacles to gents who have recently taken the pill. YOU WILL HAVE revenge fantasies. Great to read this. I have travelled to many countries alone and can attest to the power. I am going to Amsterdam, Bucharest and Budapest for Christmas now by myself. Getting on the plane and flying solo has been one of the most gratifying feelings I've had over the years. Anger is an expensive emotion. I am in the anger phase now after my breakup. But it is fading fast thanks to this community. I was always on the fence when it came to this. Before I met my ex I already had an idea of what was potting. I was the one in control. Then I drifted off into the betaness. And she left me.
