Refinancing/ Mortgagethat seems like what i’m going to have to do. we’ve both been over the relationship for years, have new lives and new partners, but she keeps trying to find ways to punish me. i have tried to keep things civil bc she definitely isn’t above telling the kids all sorts of horrible things about me but i think at this point i really don’t have any other option. i’m always going to be the bad guy, i might as well be the bad guy with good credit i guess. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/11/20 03:00 AM

Refinancing/ Mortgageshe gets child support and unemployment which more than covers the mortgage, and her boyfriend pays for the rest of the bills. it’s not an issue of not being able to pay, bc then i wouldn’t mind too much. it’s that she chooses not to pay it and buys motorcycles and whatever else instead. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/11/20 12:54 AM
Refinancing/ Mortgagei wish she would! i have zero interest in the house, but i would like to own a home again moving forward and this is making it impossible. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/11/20 12:53 AM
Refinancing/ MortgageShe’s not reasonable at all. She will move herself and our children into her boyfriends moms house where none of them will have a room 17 hours away if she is forced out of this house. She won’t refinance it, even when she was working. She has disclosed plans before to stop paying the mortgage, save all the money and move and abandon the house. The situation is fucked beyond belief. | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/11/20 10:56 PM
Refinancing/ Mortgagei don’t pay spousal support, but she does have income. she was working and now has unemployment. | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/11/20 04:10 PM
Refinancing/ Mortgagewe didn’t have lawyers as we agreed on all our terms, but the judge did say that he couldn’t force her to do anything. i guess i’ll have to take it to civil court? i don’t want her to have to move out of the house and since she doesn’t work i wasn’t pushing for her to refinance (bc with no job, she can’t). i just don’t know what to do when it’s affecting my credit and keeping the mortgage in my name means i will never get to buy my own house | /r/Divorce_Men | 18/11/20 12:42 PM
