It’s interesting because he’s actually very confident. Worked as a personal trainer for years. Can talk to anyone and anything for however long. I honestly thought he could be gay for a period of time. He’s the last person I thought would end up in this sort of shitshow.

You are what you eat essentially. Cut out all shitty sugars, processed foods, sugary drinks (energy drinks, sodas etc) and drink 4L of water a day. Eat plenty of veg and fruits and natural real foods. Also minimise alcohol if that is a part of your lifestyle. Change your pillowcase every night if you tend to sleep on your face. Together with exercise and a good washing routine twice a day you should see a lot of improvements.
