Yes that punch might've been thrown regardless but the difference is that another female could hit her right back, if he were to retaliate who knows what could happen to the guy. I saw the cells and baby blue doors and recognized it as Dade County Jail right away. DCJ is one of the worst county jails in the country, in regards to both inmates and staff. I spent one night there and heard the worst horror stories that were reality. Some people end up stuck in revolving doors for over a decade, stuck in county cells their trials postponed and dragged on by the court system.
