-1	Equal Pay Day 2021 i’m not super educated but i think it’s bc they can get pregnant, and thats seen as a risk, but obviously that does account for some of the pay difference as well, and lack of raises bc companies are worried to put stock into someone who may have to take anywhere from a week at a few months off anyway sorry for the ramble!	/r/MensRights	24/03/21 10:17 PM
