The reason why stuff like that happens is because Vitamin D pulls other minerals out of the body that need to be replenished. Such as Magnesium and K2, so if take high doses then you'll need to supplement with K2 and Mag. The main side affect of too much vitamin D is calcification since magnesium pushes around calcium and you can probably guess what happens when you lack magnesium in that case. I'm severely deficient, during the summer time I plan on getting outside more though.

I don't have any plans since my career does not require it, I was going to get my GED but I've been getting so many freelance jobs that I have a great resume and repertoire of projects I've worked on. I've also started my own company which is funded greatly. My brother owned the name to my company since I was 14 because I was going to work on it, but got transferred to me when I was 18 since I was of legal age.

See, the thing is that it's usually not even my family. Infact my mother plays a huge role on me being mgtow. She has told me since i was like 13 to stay away from marriage and don't have kids. For a while i didn't want to listen to her and became a doormat for a while, but 7 years later and here i am with the clearest mind and i have her to thank for it.
