To be fair, the BBC did a better job than other outlets to present the results in a somewhat factual and neutral manner. But as is often the case with these pop science stories, many of the study’s findings were conveniently glossed over and later debunked. And all BBC did was add the word "may" to the title. Nowhere other than the click bait title does anyone anywhere say BBC wrote a fake news story.

Be cooperative, explain why you did what when he asks you, admit to speeding if you were etc etc. you have better than 50/50 that he gives you a warning unless you deserve it.
