1	When my friend said this to me, I thought she was joking. She was completely serious. I'm not arguing with reality, just the lack of outrage on the part of feminists about it. A gender-equal society would "go Dutch" far more often than people in the US seem to. Seems like a case of supply and demand - men who throw their money around keep the cost of entertaining women at a high minimum.
