Sure, but that's a physical challenge, not a social challenge. It's not going to be as effective in increasing your confidence in interpersonal situations.

It feels more natural pursuing people known to me then trying to meet new people and starting from scratch. Yes, this is how the rest of the planet feels too. This is why the vast majority of relationships were formed through social connections and the vast majority of guys don't have the balls to cold approach. What you're talking about is social game - it's a way you can go, but you need a big social group for it to be feasible. You are drastically limiting your options. You want a meaningful …

Your issues can be grouped together as sexual anxiety, and this really isn't that uncommon, and very fixable. The only way to get confident at sex is to do it a few times, accept that you might suck for a little while and work on it. The alternative is (literally) to live a sexless life. Really good book I'd recommend that can hugely improve your sexual skills - Sex God Method by Daniel Rose. Highly recommend it. Good book that (I've heard) is amazing for premature ejaculation - [Lasting Longer]…

I can understand, I went through a similar thing. Loved pickup, made me a much better man, but then got in a relationship with the dream girl. I really didn't want to stagnate or lose momentum, but saw it would be an easy trap to fall into. With this in mind I did (and have still, one year in) kept working on myself constantly. I still go out, open strangers, give myself challenges and push my comfort zone. Try to keep doing this regularly, you'll be surprised how quickly you get rusty. Also, I'…

This is true, yes, but I could see many people misinterpreting and using it as an excuse to not approach. "No chicks here are my type, I'm not gonna bother approaching". Absolutely don't bother spending time pursuing people you don't click with, but the only way you'll know if you click with them is to start talking to them. So approach anyone you're attracted to, only actually pursue the ones you end up being interested in.

This is the first post on this subreddit I've seen expressing genuinely new and quality advice in a long time. Thanks.

Late to the game here... but: For me, a big step was operationalising it. Realising that there are a few steps that must occur before a woman will fuck you. EG: Approach Attraction Express your attraction (eg "you are stunning") Build comfort Get number Escalate kino (god i hate that work, but you know what I mean) Kiss Secure date Go on date Get her back to yours after date Get sexual once back at yours Have sex Have repeat clients Manage relationship etc etc And, whatever you're level, be hone…

That's not the attitude: you should be angry that I stole your karma. Your sweet, sweet karma. ;)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
