What does top 20% of SMV mean? I've dated guys who were super hot but poor, guys who were rich and fun but not stunners, and guys with a good mix of both or neither. I just date who I like, there's nothing numerically calculated about it.

Everyone has their own preferences and it can depend a lot on the guy. There are definitely introverted, brooding, "mysterious" men who get a lot of attention from women, just as much as their extraverted outgoing counterparts. It's definitely not accurate to say that introverts are repulsive to women; my last two exes were very introverted and get a lot of female attention, they come off deep and thoughtful in a way that makes them stand out. The only traits I find universally attractive and di…

Women are often the judges and enforcers of these sort of social norms. In countries that practice female circumcision or "coming of age rituals" that involve sex with a man, the women are the orchestrators and enforcers. Of course there are men who judge and punish promiscuous women, but women are often equally culpable. We've all been to high school/college, women are judgmental and catty af.

Meh, it really depends on the woman's preferences and your definition of timid. My last two LTRs were with guys who were timid and had social anxiety, I thought it was cute. Comparatively, I'm pretty assertive, so it worked. They weren't weak or lacked confidence and they both approached me dating-wise. They were just very introverted.

I run in circles with a bunch of rich dudes in high-status jobs, the hot + rich + successful combo is pretty rare. When the trifecta combines the guys are 9/10 times huge narcissistic assholes who just want to fuck around with women and live out a Chad red pill fantasy. There are other guys who fit the mold who are looking to go into politics and thus feel the need to start a family and settle down, so their SO usually fits whatever base to which they're trying to appeal; for example a conservat…

No matter what or how I dance at a club it's just fun. I don't dance with randos at clubs because guys always perceive it as sexual, and I wouldn't go to a club and dance sexually with a guy friend unless I wanted to bang them. I'll dance with them but in a dorky way. Even in Latin American countries where people tend to dance super provocatively, there's still a high chance the guy is going to try to bang me after.

Jesus christ pussy makes men so stupid. Let me spell this out for you: this chick is full of shit. Women who don't want to be sexualized don't pursue "careers" as instagram models and post pictures of themselves naked all day. but secretly resents that fact and wishes people saw her real, genuine self underneath Lolllll no way on EARTH is this true. This person is a pure narcissist. A pretty face + victim narrative is seriously all it takes for most dudes. Ya'll need to wisen up.

Maybe, I think it depends on the circumstances and the social environment you’re taking about. I’m sure there are women who confuse the guy who picks a fight with someone in a bar just for the opportunity to fight as an ‘alpha’ but most of the time people who act like that are painfully insecure and looking for validation. Perhaps someone with an alcoholic parents or who grew up with gang affiliated people couldn’t tell the difference, but I think most women raised in middle class environments w…

Constantly trying to prove how tough you are to your peers by picking fights and escalating to violence is a sign of insecurity and low confidence, that's super beta. On the opposite end of the spectrum being a passive pushover and letting people walk all over you because you're afraid of conflict is pretty beta as well.

Young women are willing to contribute less than their older counterparts. I mean, yeah? If you're younger you have less to contribute, are more immature and probably less interested in building a partnership. Sometimes women use men for free stuff just like sometimes men use women for sex.

‘Male’ and ‘female’ brains are on a spectrum; most men have a certain brain structure, and most women have a certain brain structure, but there are still men with a more ‘female’ brain structure and still women with a more ‘masculine’ brain structure. Very few people have a 100% masculine or 100% feminine brain. Here’s an interesting article about it: http://www.pnas.org/content/112/50/15468 Also worth noting that many of the differences observed in male and female children tend to split at abou…

I genuinely don’t mind being spoken to when I’m out and about. Depends largely on social cues, if the person has anything to say, and the level of respect I’m shown. If I look super rushed leave me alone. If I’m doing something and you interrupt me and have nothing to say and act weird and awkward, then yeah, I’m going to be pissed. I’ll also be annoyed if I’m interrupted just to be told I’m attractive, 99% of the time I roll my eyes and walk away. For contrast, I was walking my dog with my head…

Yeah it definitely didn’t help and got hijacked by a bunch of histrionic attention seekers like Asia Argento who did more harm than good. Sexual assault comes with a lot of shame, it’s atypical for people to be parading and screaming about their victimhood like a badge of honor.

Most women don't want to see a picture of a guy's dick unless it's explicitly asked for. Look into the research, women don't care that much about dicks when it comes to sexual attractiveness. You'd do much better with a sexy shirtless pic than a dick pic. Random unsolicited dick pics are a huge no for me, I don't know why dudes even do that. Dick pic from a dude ≠ nudes from a woman.

Basic tenants can help anyone. Dress well, stay clean, get a nice haircut and be confident in yourself, so much so that you don't care if you get turned down. Learn about yourself and don't base your self worth on others. I've seen fat old greasy guys get laid based on confidence alone. I saw in a comment that you're only 21, a 21 year old shouldn't have a username like yours. Hell, if you want help with clothes or anything PM me, you're too young to be thinking of yourself that way.

I barely talk to my mother, maybe once a month. I don’t ever ask her for advice on anything and she knows nothing about my personal life. I’ll let her know how my career is going, that’s it.

Estimates range from low end 50% to high end upper 60%. Sorry, facts hurt. Balding is such a sore subject for men.

Mmm nah no way, it wouldn’t work. I’m very extreme in ways that I can’t imagine it could ever work with someone who’s similarly extreme in the exact same ways. Not that I would be freaked out, it would just end up super unbalanced weird. I’ve been asked out by a dude who is like my personality twin; all our interactions were just so to the point, direct and clinical that it was just such a clear no.

Women do look to other women for signals as to whether or not someone is attractive or "valuable." A few weeks ago I went out to dinner with a male friend close to his gym, a bunch of the female gym goers were there and saw us together. He said ever since then, the same girls have been eyeing him up and talking to him more. I believe it. Myself personally, I'm not more attracted to someone who is taken, I'm not interested in any drama or bs. But it does count as a positive if someone has at leas…

Not afiak, there’s definitely a movement towards that though in major cities. I’m in a more “progressive” part of the south and my jurisdictions are moving towards no cash bail for people who can demonstrate indigence. It’s not a guarantee, it has to be asked and argued for, but I have no idea what’s going on in the boonies. I’d guess other parts of the country are probably more progressive, I know the Philly DA got rid of it and It’s abolished state wide in Jersey.

Yeah I mean I’m not a strict textualist but I like having a strict textualist on the court, especially for certain legal issues if they’re consistent. Scalia was a good voice on the court but sometimes he was frustratingly inconsistent. I do agree with everything you’re saying about Kavanaugh, the blatant partisanship is a huge turn off especially in a judge.

It’s not fair for people charged with misdemeanors to have to sit in jail on a standard as low as the probable cause standard simply because they can’t afford bail. Fortunately there has been a movement towards SORs for lesser offenses. There have been some interesting studies by the Vera Institute on what qualities of a defendant make them more or less likely to flee pending trial, obvious stuff like the seriousness of the crime and community ties, which most states have the judges consider whe…

Right, the burden of proof as to whether or not the State has the ability to exercise their right to punish or a citizen, with the potential consequence of someone’s liberty being taken away. Whether or not pretrial detention counts as punishment is an interesting legal issue. The courts say it’s not punishment and they have to. It’s hard to argue sitting in jail isn’t punishment, especially since it’s the same punishment you’d get if you were convinced. Hence the option for bail. And yes. IME j…

Yeah I tend to give all justices a fair chance regardless of what side appoints them, I thought Gorsuch was a really great choice. Kavanaugh is the definition of the swamp as far as judges go, he’s been buddy buddy with the republicans forever and his nomination was the definition of “Bretts has been scratching our back forever, time to scratch his!” I hate that shit. And he acted a straight fool at the hearing, the Clinton conspiracy was very cringe. He was a shitty choice.

Nah not really. Sometimes DV and rape cases end up relying on he said she said but ime jury’s tend to be pretty fair and not like to convict on cases where other evidence doesn’t point to guilt. If we’re talking about presumption of innocence we’re talking pre-trial.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/18 04:11 PM
2

Yeah and that’s not fair at all. I’ve seen some shitty DV cases where a chick got mad at her ex cuz he had a new girlfriend, called the cops, said he beat her. He got arrested, lost his job, couldn’t post bail. Judge still held probable cause even though the chick admitted to the police that she made it up, said to just take it up at trial.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/18 04:04 PM

A shit ton of people, I see it all the time. Most probable cause hearings rely on nothing more than witness or victim statements, they don’t even have to testify. If you can’t post bail until your trial you’re fucked.

If you’ve got money or are sexy and suave it’s easy, I see it all the time. Think it’s weird for 30+ year olds to go after teenagers though. I’d recommend any 18-19 year old girl who’s messing around with 30 year olds to go after the rich ones instead of the sexy and suave ones. Makes it more reciprocal.

Most people bitching and screaming about Kavanaugh have zero understanding of how the law works, same goes for the supporters. Most people on both sides of the drama annoyed the shit out of me. There’s so many solid arguments about why Kavanaugh was a shitty choice beyond high school sexual assault allegations and I couldn’t roll my eyes hard enough about people bitching about “due process” and “the presumption of innocence” in a character investigation about a frat bro Yale grad instead of ya k…
