Well, you’re not the judge of that, are you? They had a judge for that, literally. A MALE one too. And a full jury. And none of those thought anything of it. Perhaps it is not an issue where they are? Perhaps it is allowed there. Because yknow. America is not the whole world?

Your pass rate equation is wrong. In case you didn’t cover it in school, heres the first link when you google “how to compute passing rate.” https://sciencing.com/calculate-passing-rate-7476998.html This is why school is important. “Self taught” might work, but not when your teacher is thick in the head.

Define passing rate. — total passers divided by total takers, in percentage (ie, over 100). The passing rate of the women, in the test in question, in the year in question, in the country in question, is it higher or lower than the passing rate of the men? It is higher. Does this make women smarter overall? No. Does this make men better overall? No. If you wanted to show men are better, or if you want to show women are worse, then you chose the wrong article. Not my fault you were too lazy to fi…

I don’t have to explain it, because the article does it for me. Whether or not you comprehend the article is your problem, not mine. Sheesh, this idiocy you’re demonstrating is why women are trampling over men. Lol

But we’re not talking about SAT math scores, not in America, right? We’re talking about whether or not girls outperformed boys, and whether test rigging had anything to do with it, in Japan. The article (and the original post) had nothing to do with SATs and America. It’s about scores and testing in Japan, ergo, your point in this is invalid.

This depends. If you’re American you James Harden it (stepback fadeaway pee). If from the UK, you do a Beckham (stand far back, to the left, and bend the pee midair). If Asian, you do a Bruce Lee (jumping turning somersault while screaming whachaaaaw pee). If Jamaican, you do an Usain Bolt (pee in record time). If Brazilian, you do a Pele (bicycle pee). If Russian, you do a Boris (pee, and replace lost fluids with vodka immediately). If Sicilian, you do a Vito (make the pee an offer he can’t ref…

And your argument that, more men passed in total, ergo men are better at it... what is that called? Hahaha. The only thing you’ve proven is that there are more men who have taken the test. Not that they are better, not that they have a better rate off passing.

Your math is wrong. For every 10 women that take the test, approx 8.2 will pass. For every 10 men that take the test, approx 7.7 will pass. Women surpass the rate at which the men pass the test. The only reason 22% more men passed (in total) is because more men applied, period. 1679 total women applicants, 2202 total male applicants. Had there been 2202 female applicants, applying the same rate of passing at 8.2%, 180 ladies would have passed. If you are going to use math to prove a point, make …

Except this is not your country. What people are missing is, laws are not the same everywhere. Afaik, the age of consent VARIES from place to place, and therefore, "legal" age varies as well. In some mid east countries the legal age goes down to 12. In some asian countries, legal age of consent is 14-16. In the country in question, legal age of consent for sex is 16, anal sex 18. So regardless of whether or not it was male or female, it would be legal.

If the roles had been reversed? The age of consent would still be 16, there wouldnt be charges, jury would not convict, because no case since not mentally impaired?

Justice for what? Misleading. Age of consent in Queensland is 16. (Not corruption of a minor). The “crime” in question was only whether or not she took advantage of him while he was “mentally impaired.” The teen admitted he wasnt. The teen says he had full control of his mental faculties, insists he was NOT taken advantage of, and he was a willing participant. (Willing, ergo, with consent, ergo not rape). Since there are no other witnesses, the teacher says she wasnt guilty, the teen was saying …

Tbh i think the home crowd counts for a lot. They buy merchandise, buy tickets (even in bad seasons), arena food, etc., which makes owning a team financially feasible, and not monetarily irresponsible. To a degree, as much as coaches, trainers, owners — the loyal, paying fanbase has a certain “ownership” of the team, since without these fans, the team per se would not make sense from a business standpoint. I’m not even from the US, not much of an NBA fan (altho i liked the DRose comeback train t…

Whoa, wait. That changes fast lol. Where is that? On the OPs post on screenshot it doesn’t say that, lol. I was under the assumption this was a cover all for all unwanted kissing, etc. Sorry! Er... link me?

But of course. And for getting kissed and fondled by another man, thats okay with you?

Well... if a priest strokes a little boys hair and kisses them... it IS sexual assault, isn’t it? Or if a man touches your hair then tongues you, I’m sure you’d kick his ass too. So yeah, her definition is kinda spot on.

Last I heard, going in strike actually means stopping work. Funny how that works. go on strike, won’t get paid. keep up the strike, companies will hire someone else to do the job. you won’t only NOT get paid more, you actually lose your job if you strike long enough. Then they ask, why aren’t there enough hired, or paid more? Lol

Go ahead, get with her a few times. When you want to "quit" her already, just scream her bestfriends name during sex. Lol. Easy exit, no strings attached. Haha jk

Does American Beauty count? Cos spacey in it... divorced man, getting fit, trading the fam car for a pontiac firebird, smoking weed, trying to fuck his daughter's hot friend....

Ah, well, i wouldn’t know abt that... my dad’s is a “stay-at-home” thing. As in, full time, 247, in my house. So theres no other “staff” to mess around with. She only goes home to see her fam like 3 days every 2 months... (I’m guessing you were talking about nursing homes, right? I agree, I’ve read horror stories about that)...

To be fair, my dad has a female caregiver too. He’s a stroke patient, 60+ yo. But he prefers women caregivers cos of a few reasons — One, they are “gentler” or just downright better with helping with hygiene (like clipping nails/ toenails). Also changing clothes (guys “muscle” his clothes on, but girls are more patient or something about it). Two, they seem to know more about cooking than male caregivers (as in, how to do the low sugar, low salt foods, more variety). Three (and most impt) they s…

Receipts should be mandatory. If child support was used for anything other than what was meant for the child, then there is obviously an “excess” being paid, and the amount should be adjusted accordingly.
