Exactly Ocmulgee Circuit District Attorney Fred Bright said Monday that after exhaustive interviews and inconclusive medical exams, the student's accusations could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. There wasn't enough evidence to prosecute Roethlisberger. A lack of evidence doesn't necessarily prove he's innocent; similarly, a lack of evidence doesn't mean she lied. Show me evidence that she lied, and I'll support charging her.

The scenes they show in the movie don't involve nudity, just that they are doing the act. It's the same way that penetration is never shown in sex scenes, but you are aware that they are having sex. One scene is with a girl where she is fully clothed and rubbing herself. This scene was responsible for the NC-17 rating.

In the movie This Film Is Not Yet Rated, they compare movies in which guys masturbate to when girls masturbate. Movies with a scene involving a girl masturbating got schlicked with an NC-17 while similar scenes involving guys weren't slapped with the higher rating.

'At the time we are concerned with, Junaid Abuhamza was not in his right mind, he was suffering from mental illness or schizophrenia, and this illness led to delusional beliefs.' His mental health issues are the reason for the indefinite sentence. They need to re-evaluate him after the sentence to determine if he is still a danger.

Every single post on reddit gets downvotes. This one happens to have a 84% which is unusually high.

You misrepresented my position. No where did I say we should give both sides equal standing. I'll address the idea you put forth. The idea is that "women should not be punished for false rape claims." I think it is a bad one, so I agree you. This, however, will not alter my objectivity on any other separate issues. Just because some feminists put forward that argument, I will never discredit any future feminist idea without properly examining it first.

I disagree. I'm going to copy and paste something I wrote on racism, but it is applicable to gender roles and whatnot as well. I know it may seem like the races will never be equal but consider this: there are people alive now whose grandparents were slaves. Some people alive today experienced a time when they were considered unequal by the law. We like to think that shit is our deep distant past, but it isn't. But look at how far we have come in just a few generations. Maybe things will continu…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
