As far as I'm aware, having a plate simply means friends with benefits, if they also have guys on the side then that's not your problem, she's a plate, who cares what she does when she's not with you, the only thing that changes is your perception of her. It only makes you a cuck if you give permission to a LTR to get railed by other guys while staying with her, even if you were cheated on it doesn't make you a cuck as long as you break up with her after finding out.

Think of it as two parts Self Improvement Seduction The point is that you're suppose to self improve regardless of women, self improve for yourself and only for yourself. Well ya, that's why I'm asking you for examples of the complete opposite. There's no statistic that can prove this, only theories. Just do what the guy above did but with the opposite happening. If the opposite is more likely to happen then it shouldn't be hard to gather more examples than the OP has.

UK here also, just checked Instagram and literally 0 girls I know who use it have any of those pictures OP mentioned, they're either selfies, pictures with friends, or pictures of stuff (Food, tourist attractions, something they found funny, etc). Even the girls who I expected to have those kind of pictures didn't have anything of the sort.

Isn't the entirety of TRP to completely change your core believes and lifestyle to create a better version of yourself? Isn't that the complete opposite of what you're claiming? if someone is blaming woman instead of their own mistakes then they'd have no reason for drastically changing themselves.

The Red Pill goes overboard sometimes, Theory on how to get women? Cool. Sleep with different woman constantly? Fair enough. Having an open relationship? That's nice. Cheating on your partner? Ohh it does, my workplace knew right from the start what kind of person they met when he had the floppiest handshake they've ever felt. They knew he was going to be shy, insecure, lack of confidence, no eye contact kind of person. They had the interview and he was exactly that. If he had a good handshake then it wouldn't have been as obvious from the start.
