I was involved in the pua lifestyle many years back. After a really crushing breakup where I was cheated on multiple times, I started bodybuilding and bedding women like crazy. I was desperate for acceptance from women, and only felt validated as good enough when I got a hot girl into bed. The whole pua mindset is based on insecurity and not feeling as though you're valuable without that validation from a female. Thankfully, it was just a phase and I got bored with it and began to see how the sy…

My sisters understand and pretty much agree with me. They both have sons and are starting to see how the system treats men.

I belong to and also lead an outdoor adventure / hiking group. We usually get a good mix of male and female participants.

I don't have much helpful to offer you about other peoples behavior, but I did want to mention that you can make grounding mats for indoor use. There are videos on you tube on how to do this. I've made 2 of them for less than $50.

You're dreaming if you think the over 40 have different opinions. They just have no options.

Make a good social life for yourself with just guy friends and sports. I'm 42 now, was a Chad at your age, and am STILL paying for drama with women I dated in my early 20's.

You can also be different in different parts of your life. In my 20's it was just pump n dump cause I was attractive and didn't want settle down. In my 30s I pulled an idiot move and got divorce raped, in my 40s now and pump and dump because I have assets I'm not willing to lose and zero tolerance for b.s.

I'm with you on the MGTOW and minimalism. Loneliness doesn't have to be on your list though. I've created a pretty fulfilling social life based around fitness and the outdoors that costs me less than $100 a month to maintain. Men have 4 times the suicide rate of women because many of us have a tendency to become isolated. Make the effort to get out there and you'll be much happier long term.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
