As Drop_ pointed out, the definition of 'sexual assault' - or whatever term is used - defines what data you'll see. Can you provide some sources arguing that men can legally be moved due to their sex and the presence of a child, or reports of it happening? Asking someone to engage in a sexual activity ("nudes or gtfo!") simply because they revealed their sex on an online forum is a very rude thing to do.
