1	Anger and Self Improvement Thanks Tofu. It certainly helps. I think part of the reason for my mindset is because I never really had friends in elementary and high school, and I began to treat the world as a cold and indifferent place, so it becomes difficult for me to care about what others say, when they don't care about me. I find alot of what occurs is, "fake" or "sugar coated" and so by saying that someone is fat or ugly, I attempt to be real to get them to improve. I will do my best to rewire my circuits. 2	Anger and Self Improvement You think its that serious, huh? I don't feel particularly comfortable about going to therapy. In my culture, therapy is considered bullshit and generally a man is told to, "tough it out". Obviously its different here. What to do?
