Lifting - can it be done without the "diet"?You can gain on pretty much any diet, but some things will make your life a lot easier. Stop by /r/fitness and check the FAQ, then visit some of the other subs they recommend. At the very least, get more protein in your diet. You don't need powders or supplements, just eat a lot of eggs and chicken, peanut butter, rice, potatoes, and maybe some beef or fish. Don't worry about what to eat at which time - most of that is broscience, anyway. Lift heavy, eat when you're hungry (and when you're serio… | /r/askTRP | 04/09/14 09:43 PM

Free Masons and TRPFrom there, you contact the lodge secretary. There should be a phone or email address. Be aware that the secretary is a part time volunteer position, so it may be a few days before you hear back. Just tell them that you are interested in joining, and would like more information. Most of these guys are pretty cool, and will talk your ear off. | /r/askTRP | 02/09/14 05:47 PM
Free Masons and TRPIf you are in the US, Google on "Masonic Grand Lodge of (state)" and you should find the website of the Grand Lodge, i.e., the head of Freemasonry in your state. It should have the letters F&AM or AF&AM in the name: For example, here's NY: Grand Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons in the State of New York. The F&AM stands for Free and Accepted. Each GL should have a list of the lodges in your area. Unfortunately, none of the GLs in the US are set up the same, so you may have to hunt a bit. | /r/askTRP | 02/09/14 05:31 PM
Freemasons under attack in US for excluding women, pressure to initiate female membersWhen this happens, we point them to one of those alternate organizations, like the co-Masons, Elks, etc. Personally, I think that the SJW movement will start swinging the other way in a few years. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/09/14 05:03 PM
Free Masons and TRPThe Grand Lodge in your state probably has a website that will help you find a lodge. You'll need to Google a term like "Masonic Grand Lodge of (state)" And no, you don't need to know someone. They will ask you to come down and interview, possibly over a dinner - or several dinners. It's not like in the old days. | /r/askTRP | 02/09/14 04:53 PM
Free Masons and TRP/r/freemasonry is actually a thing, and they would be happy to answer your questions. Freemasonry isn't like McDonalds, though - each lodge will be a little different had have it's own culture depending upon where you live. If you're near a city or large town, the lodge will probably be more active than those that are out in the sticks. And while it has the rep of an old guyz club, the last 10 years have seen a number of younger men, mainly late 20s to 40s joining. My own lodge has quite a few y… | /r/askTRP | 02/09/14 04:42 PM
