2	Crazy girl won't let go of guy's shirt on subway after she mistakes him as someone else. Even though he is being attacked and harassed, the conductor and other men tell him not to defend himself. Responding to the type of assault she portrayed with violence is aggravated assault. In my state, this statement is not accurate. I would go to the station and file a complaint for the damaged property with receipts if you have them, for insurances purposes.
