I have a 3 days routine... I litteraly never did DL/squat. Didn't bench for a long time... I think I was at 90kg. I'im not bragging honestly, I don't lift very heavy stuff for now. I had compliments on abs/torso last pool party but my my physique is not great i still have to much fat and i'm really not big. I'm just genuinely asking if you guys think it's a good workout for looks. not trying to start a flamewar on deadlifts / squats

no, trump is a REALLY impressive character... i think it shows the power "you are what you present yourself into". did u try having sex twice in a row ? also go slower and breath. like breah more than you thrust. like really breath and feel the air coming in your body. you can also try to solve equation and completly forget the girl while you do it.
