She's really not worth the trouble. Don't even stick around to see when she'll get over her ex, just move on. Trust me, it'll do you good. If she is so interested, let her make the next move. But don't run after her, and especially don't put up with it if it should happen a second time.

All of the things posted are great. I've also found that things are great when they're easy. Not easy in a sleeps with you on the first date kind of way. Easy as in the fact that you don't have to run after her, you don't need to be the one proposing dates, you don't have to pick dinner every single damn time, you don't have to be the one keeping the conversation going. On and on! Obviously there are many important things to consider before this, but if you can keep things simple, I respect you …

This reply has nothing of importance for you. I just wanted to say that you've summed up how I have felt about my last few encounters with women perfectly. You're not alone, if that helps. The moment she loses interest, I push her away and spiral into a semi depressed state for a few weeks. I'd like to be able to take things more casually than that, but I feel like I put too much thought and emotion into an otherwise simple relationship.
