The dude had destructive tendencies due to some deep underlying problems.

That's the last step you should take. That's when she has definitely checked out. OP needs to understand that it's probably his fault this is happening. He needs to hit the gym hard and start applying dread because his missus has probably had him by the balls his whole marriage. OP you need to head to Married Red Pill and hit the side bar if you want to save your marriage. If you don't care about it or your children then follow this guy's advice.

I'm 27. I say focus on your development as a whole, that should include game/seduction. If money is more important to you focus on that, women will always be there. By the way you can monk mode and still game. Just as long as you aren't wasting valuable time doing it (eg. Skipping gym to game).

Ever see that taco ad where the little girl says: "por que no los dos?" "Why not both?" I don't see why you can't be stoic and seductive? The book really just highlights the types of seducers, with historical examples. It doesn't aim to make you seductive per se, it rather explains the psychology behind seduction. If I was to suggest a seduction type to study from the book I'd look into 'The Charismatic' because it aligns with TRP principles. Lastly, I think you need to understand that stoicism …

It isn't all that matters, but it is one of the things that matters.

She is obviously comfortable and knows you are going nowhere. Sounds like you need to lift (more if you are already) then apply some dread. If that doesn't work then maybe she just isn't the one.

LMFAO is her arts lecturer in the same city as her right now?

You talk and video chat with her everday. You are just an orbiter. You need to escalate when able (ASAP) and figure out if she has the same ideas as you, in my opinion it is probably too late.

I had a plate that would do everything. Pay for drinks, bring me food, blow me often (she loved doing it and I never asked for it), complimented me often and never expected anything in return. This chick was lower SMV than myself I'll admit - but the dynamic was awesome. Very submissive also.

Is your bench form any good (have you been trained in the movement)? Are you rehabbing the joint to return back to benching (is that possible in your instance - you didn't specify)? What is your ratio of push and pull sets (it should be 1 to 1 as to not create imbalance)? Are you neglecting rotator cuffs? In my opinion I'd be working to get back to a bench (if possible) rather than avoid it. It will only benefit you in the long run as bench and dips are some the best chest builders. Exercises yo…

Stoicism might be good for your insecurity. Meditation may also help. "Just keep in mind: The more we value things out of our control, the less control we have." - Epictetus "The whole future lies in uncertainty. Live immediately." - Seneca The Daily Stoic book would be a good intro for you. The whole month of December is dedicated to mortality; 31 quotes with explanations.

I'm pretty sure human pheremones are an under-studied phenomenon so hard to give a scientific answer. I think it's more a confidence thing. You get dopamine and oxytocin post-sex, which are feel-good chemicals.

Is she your gf or is she just a hoe? I'm confused here. If she's a hoe then why do you care? Stop Facetiming hoes. If she's your gf and you want an LTR the making no effort will only get you so far. If you don't want to give that effort then it might be time to re-evaluate what you want, an LTR or just plates.

Any reason you didn't race over and fuck her brains out? She wanted a compliment dude. You don't need to say "OMG you're so beautiful" but a simple "I like them thick" or something funny would've been enough.

Personally, I: Workout. Make music (boom bap; sampling records), play an instrument (guitar). Skateboard. Go fishing, shooting, camping. Art. Mostly graffiti or stencil stuff. Read. I'm loving Stoic pieces at the moment. You should do a good mixture of things that stimulate you mentally and physically.

Be better than your father. I say learn from him, but also enjoy your time together. Take it for what it is. I'm sure he's not completely useless and you can enjoy a few things with him.

I did have a side chick once but I was cheating. I was going away for work for 6 months of the year and figured why not. All I can say is it's fucking hard if you don't want to get caught (I didn't). And the other chick has to be fully on board. Luckily for me she was as she was also in an LTR and didn't want to get caught. Don't recommend it at all, cheating is exhausting.

Yep. Never go on dates with her + her friends. Atleast not until you've built rapport with her first.

You can believe what you want. Some values may conflict between TRP and a religion but it is up to you what values, morals, ethics etc. to take away from either.

Depends, but I didn't spend 10's of thousands and a few years of my life to study my profession and throw it away on a b*tch. You do you my man.

If you ignore everytime then they know it is getting to you. It obviously is if you're asking about it and it probably shows in your body language. You gotta return with comebacks with a grin on your face. Mix that with ignoring whilst giving a smile or a laugh. It comes with time, start lifting and IDGAF will come. Watch some comedy and learn some funny comebacks.

Lift: People respect you more if you look muscular, I guarantee it. Don't people please, set boundaries. Avoiding conflict is a good thing but don't lose your dignity doing so. Avoiding drama is also a good thing - minimize (or eliminate) bitching (especially about others) in the workplace. It's hard and sometimes you catch yourself slipping. If someone bitches to you about another just give short responses: eg. "that sucks" then change the convo to happier topics. Being the butt of jokes sucks,…

27 y/o here who has a 40 y/o plate. From my experience they are way more open to sex from the get-go than most younger girls but they are no different in how you treat them. Treat them like you would 20-30 y/olds (they love it). Good thing is they are more open to kinky stuff and have more experience, they also don't give a fuck about getting into an LTR with you compared to younger girls. Downside is their age shows - my plates body is still great for 40 though.

Have experienced this before. Just be normal and act like nothing happened between you two. It's fucking hard cos she will probably be a bitch but she will eventually come around if she ended it.
