No, my point is that it is an extreme disadvantage and can only be made up via other avenues of increasing SMV. Game alone will not be adequate and in a bar/club/ONS situation where physical attraction key, being short will be an incredible advantage and is exponential based upon how short the person is. 5'9" is essentially average (just like 5'11" isn't tall), 5'7" is huge disadvantage, 5'4" you practically don't exist in most western countries.
