And then they complain women don’t want to be with them. It’s insane they cannot comprehend that the literal usage of women’s bodies is not comparable to taxing the ultra wealthy

I think it’s more not wanting men who only want to be a SAHD, which is a fair expectation to have in a partner. Wanting your man to be involved in raising their children is also a fair expectation. It doesn’t have to be one or the other.

Yeah well there’s a lot more to your life so you never know! My soon to be husband was homeless at 14, a dad by 19, and went thru a slew of women who cheated, manipulated, and took advantage of him. He was sure that he’d never marry or have kids. He’s still shocked (and giddy) that he’s going to be a husband and how different his life has turned out. We both have issues we work on together, but he fully trusts I’ll never intentionally hurt him.

That’s something you have to work on for yourself. Trauma responses don’t have to be lifelong battles you know?

The slope of what? Unemployment skyrocketed to 10%, the wealth gap widened, middle class jobs were lost, small businesses shut down, exports quickly fell to the negatives for the first time ever, housing prices increased, school costs increased, incarceration increased, the deficit nearly tripled, unions became weaker, wages stagnated, welfare was cut, medical costs rose… How direct of a line do you want? Funding. Was. Cut. So the places were forced to find new funding by either philanthropy or …

The question is not if they should be funded by state and federal governments. It’s what happened to them. What happened was Reagan cut funding for them and our economy was not in a position to support small businesses or private spaces. By definition, a public good is a nonprofit commodity that’s provided, usually, by the government and accessible to everyone. So that means that spaces cannot be both funded by private memberships, and classified as public. Rich people rarely ever give back to s…

Libraries, rec centers, parks community centers in urban areas, after school community center, theatres, music halls, public transportation, plazas.. They were all reliant on state and federal funding and grants. During the New Deal and Great Society was when a lot of these opened in order to integrate society into a community after the wars. We also had civil rights movements and post war money, so a lot of these spaces opened up in the booming economy. Also that’s how public spaces work. Eithe…

He privatized everything which means no more public third spaces funded by taxes. It was the state and federal governments that kept these places open. State governments were forced to find private donors or charge fees to cover their costs and many of them lost their jobs anyway because again, they were funded by the government. They’re not funded by taxes anymore, and that’s why we have to pay membership fees for everything, which is privatization.. He didn’t simply say “shut them down”. Also …

Taxes were commonly paid for third spaces when people had a lot more respect for public places. Reagan stopped funding these places to save money and privatize everything because we were in the midst of the '80s recession. Some of the first people to get fired were those who maintained these spaces. Because of the free rider problem, no one was willing to pay for them (also because of unemployment and inflation), and many eventually closed. They never reopened because the government didn’t value…

You’re only looking at it from a man’s perspective. Women are expected to be submissive the entire relationship. That’s why the man chases and pays for dates and she gets dressed as expected, shows up where he decides, and only gets married when he wants. A man getting on a knee (in a trad relationship) is an expression of mutual respect. It’s lowering his guard and showing her that he will be soft for her. He’s showing that he doesn’t only expect her to submit to him, but that he’s willing to s…

I always get accused of being obese and ugly when I mention my short husband. Then it’s that he must be a millionaire and pay all my bills. Then it’s that he must have a huge dick or “swan like” social skills. It’s always an excuse of why they don’t have something they want.

Exactly. Allies. Not start the fight for you. I don’t think it’s morally wrong to circumcise infants. It’s not a morality issue. We don’t agree and I’m not going to continue arguing with you.

You’re really not getting that this is a man issue than men need to advocate for themselves. You’re mad at feminists because we won’t fight your battles for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 10:35 PM
1

The point is that you’re trying to offload your responsibility onto feminism when it should be men fighting men. I know you say you’re redpilled but wanting true equality between genders is what feminism is at the core (obviously biological differences are accounted for). I would absolutely give fathers the sole right to choose their sons circumcision. But if we do that, we have to also give mothers the sole right to choose an abortion. The problem a lot of women have about red pill is that it p…

We fundamentally disagree about voting rights. I don’t think personhood should be split. More women would be able to vote than men anyway? Rule of thumb is just a term for a common practice. It’s so common to hear about our grandmas experiencing violence in the home. There are no statistics because it wasn’t reported because abusing your wife wasn’t a crime. Circumcision is also a common practice that women don’t know enough about it. It’s not a problem if you don’t know anything about it. It’s …

8 children to survive per woman. Women were married off as kids. If most men were good to their wives, why did they have laws to protect the man when he raped, beat, or neglected her? Rule of thumb of beating your wife with a stick smaller than your thumb? Plus living at the discretion of a man is not freedom. There’s more to freedom than voting. If your argument is that NO ONE can vote (assuming this includes you) unless they serve in the military or sign up for the draft, that’s a different ar…

If men and women inherently have different responsibilities, then why are you stuck on the draft? No one’s been drafted for 50 years so it’s not like it’s a current issue. Women having no choice but to live with a man twice her age and have a kid every year for 20 years and doing everything he asks and maintain the household is not equal to men maybe going to war. Women’s life had a direct pipeline with little room for actual freedom. So you want women to be on the draft is basically what you’re…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/25 06:28 AM

Then why bring up the draft? Again. Men uphold that cycle. The patriarchy keeps the cycle going. You agree with feminism that the patriarchy causes pain for both men and women. How is not being drafted equal to not having any responsibilities? Pretty sure my car will get repossessed the same as a man.. or get fired, or overdraw my bank account, or be affected when prices rise.. we literally have the same responsibilities for the rights feminism won. It doesn’t make sense to sense to bring up ‘me…

And the rest of my questions? Also that’s was from 1480-1913 in England only. The only thing that source shows is that women leaders are not as peaceful as assumed. It’s not saying women have started more wars than men, it’s that women leaders are 27% more likely to start a war. Plus we’re only talking about the wars women “should” have fought in in exchange for rights. I know what the draft is. It was started and continued by men. A lot of women did join, just to be told their contributions wer…

Who started the wars? Who didn’t allow women to fight on the lines? Who forced young men and boys to fight a war? Who forced women to become pure? Who made women’s only purpose having and raising kids? You can’t expect women to follow men’s rules then when we have rights, clean up men’s messes. Btw I’m a veteran from a family of women veterans.

And the chauvinists wanted women to bear all the responsibilities of the home, new generation, and wellbeing of the family and society in exchange for.. protection against other men? How does feminism giving women the right to vote or to have a bank account an issue?

He’s just trying to give young men advice who may get sucked into thinking their value lays in their pockets. It’s easy to say “pick yourself up from your bootstraps.” It’s the same as telling young women their value goes beyond their looks.

I didn’t take a “class” but I read books, blogs, watched YouTube videos, and listened to podcasts to be more attractive, gain confidence, and to understand men and women. I don’t know of many classes for women where you pay for courses. A lot of it is self help.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/25 10:06 PM

I agree with this. At least for me, my friends and family (all married), and the people around me. I think when in the dating scene, you have to be a lot tougher and mentally disassociate with the men around you. I never treated men like I hated them but I would immediately shut down situations that could lead to them thinking I liked them. It doesn’t have to be all men who abuse women, but after being physically and sexually assaulted multiple times over a decade, it really starts to have an ef…

But you still know the standards that separate becoming more attractive and being attractive so you know what needs to be done.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/25 12:32 AM

No it’s not. No one would turn down a billion dollar job with great benefits and work life balance if offered it, but that’s not the same as only applying for those positions. You apply to a high level position and expect me, the hiring manager, to tell you WHY you’re not qualified and give a life plan to be prepared next time? And that makes me hypocritical because I would accept a job I wasn’t qualified for?

That’s neither hypocrisy nor a double standard.

You clearly already know your insecurities, so why are you expecting her to verbalize it for you? You are not my responsibility. Yeah guys! Let’s aim for the top 0.5% of the population, get discouraged, then blame women for not rejecting me the right way so I could be that alpha bro!
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/25 07:37 AM

How is that women’s responsibility? You all have access to EVERYTHING you could possibly need to become more attractive. Also, I have never and would never do that to a man unless he kept pestering me and asking why I don’t like him. Even then, I wouldn’t criticize his entire physique because I don’t want my subjective opinions to ruin his self esteem. It’s uncomfortable for me to be mean to someone and it’s weird for a man to put that type of responsibility on a random woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/25 07:17 AM

No one said any of that and I’m sure most women know the first thing to change is your appearance. Sometimes it’s not worth it tho. Not everyone wants to lose weight or get dolled up. I know you guys will say those are the ones who want 6ft 6 pack guys but it’s usually not. They want to be treated respectfully and will give up looks (as long as they are still attracted to the guy) for more respect and partnership. But a lot of red pill men do end up mgtow.. Also I said it was the basis of the creation of the sub. Again, some people don’t listen, some people rant about men. It’s a space for women to talk all things dating and get reassurance or advice.

Sooo a dating strategy (hold out for better men and don’t date the men you currently are), followed by an unwillingness to settle into relationships that don’t meet their standards. That’s what I said in my first comment
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/25 05:12 PM

The sub female dating strategy?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/25 05:00 PM
13

I don’t think this is a fair question because there isn’t a handbook, it’s just a group of women trying to help one another out in terms of dating. There are a lot of different opinions on there and people tend to seek reassurance rather than change their ways. 4B isn’t because of the woman not being able to find a relationship, it’s because they disagree with the relationship dynamics and don’t want to participate.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/25 04:56 PM

I want you to explain why it matters without an analogy that makes people objects. But this is my point entirely. You see women as objects to be controlled and “tainted”. This is what I assumed from your initial comment. Took a while to get here but I’m glad you finally admitted it. Goodbye.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 11:48 PM

The entire point of TRP is to provide generalizations about men, women, and how they operate best in relationships and society. To have a wide range of nuance is to ~not~ be TRP. Anyway, the only action you gave for women is to have as little sexual partners as possible. My question again is.. why? If we agreed before that actions have consequences on par with the amount of value the person puts into it, why is the number of partners you have valued for women but not men?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 09:15 PM

Hmm. I see your point but wouldn’t that just cause sadness or resentment for believing that women will never like you unless you betray yourself and your happiness in some way?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 09:11 PM
3

My guy. Name specific things women should do to “find” a good man. You keep disagreeing but providing nothing more than “consequences have actions”. What hedonistic lifestyle would lead a woman to finding less than the ideal man? What are these actions that have the consequences of not finding a man?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 08:48 PM

You absolutely should but I’m saying you don’t need TRP to tell you that so why subscribe to it? It’s like being a Christian but never going to church, having sex before marriage, cussing, and everything because you don’t “agree” with it. So what’s the point of being “redpilled” if you’re not actually redpilled? Why not just say you’re a normal dude
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 08:44 PM

How is it TRP if they are just living their life with no regard to their gender roles and responsibilities? That’s literally how everybody lives so I don’t see the point in watering down TRP concepts to be a part of it. You can just be normal
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 08:33 PM
3

All actions have consequences if the person enforcing them finds value in them. So if TRP warns women against the things OP said, it’s because they value women who the opposite. Why do they value women who don’t have experience? What does TRP mean then if they think men and women should do as they please? That’s a normal person
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 08:32 PM
4

You just proved OPs point. Why do these actions like traveling or going to college have consequences?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 08:25 PM

Hearing all the rp guys breakdown the general consensus of rp so much they just become normal people while still desperately trying to act better than other men is so strange to see. The points they’re trying to make are that men and women are not monolith who should not subscribe to a gendered way of life and instead do the things that make them happy above any and all relationships… sounds very feminist.. It’s also odd to me that they need an entire movement to motivate themselves enough to ha…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 08:18 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/25 08:10 PM

My god I’m so sick of these posts. Date your fucking teenagers and shut up. You have the right to be a creep and we have the right to call you exactly what you are. If you’re actually asking, dating younger is fine IF you both happened to find each other. People will think it’s a little odd but ultimately mind their business. If you’re seeking out people far younger than you to date, you’re targeting that demographic for a reason and that’s what makes it weird, no matter how you approach it. I w…

No one thinks that tho. Mainstream society treats women as people. Infantilizing them is still objectifying them but on the opposite end. Women created a tighter network in response to the patriarchy just like how men are now doing in response to feminism and I’m glad it makes people realize their worth outside of traditional relationships. Idk maybe we live in different areas but I don’t understand why you need someone to tell you to not cater your life to another person and treat everyone like…

So wouldn’t that just be a regular person that doesn’t subscribe to pills at all? Like seeking happiness instead of “leverage” or self fulfillment over hustle culture are things I’ve seen men be called “beta/woke/soy” over..
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 09:01 PM

Isn’t a core part of RP that women date up and men need to accept that?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 08:46 PM
1

But the discussion is about how OP is better handling women and relationships and which approach is more useful- not to entirely drop out the race. So I assumed we were still on track with OPs discussion lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 08:39 PM

That was my thought too. It feels like born again Christians who say Jesus saved their life when in reality, all they needed was someone to give them purpose. Glad it worked for OP, but without a solid sense of value and self awareness, the inevitable roll of cultish following is to be expected.

How else would you afford to have a sahw if you don’t go to college or grind for years before marrying? Jumping into a marriage with no school or work experience is a great way to end up 50/50 the rest of your life.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 08:23 PM

I see what you’re saying but my argument is that goals can be obtained at any point in life. I have a lot of goals but ultimately want to live on a farm. I can’t do that unless I save enough money for the land and the hundreds of other things that come with it. I can’t do that unless I work, most likely in a city. I can’t do that unless I finish my degree. I can’t finish my degree unless I wait to have kids. The end goal is still the same, it’s just such a big step that it requires decades of wo…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/25 03:12 PM

Yeah exactly. It always made me laugh with the man vs bear scenario and all the guys saying the man would be useful… he most likely wouldn’t be dangerous but also very likely useless
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 10:24 PM

What’s the alternative? Should she make a smart goal with each step of how she’ll obtain said goal? I’m confused as to how this is even an issue. I have always had the goal to live on a farm and off the land as much I feasibly can. I don’t know every step of the way forward and I wouldn’t think it’s important enough to share on a dating profile..?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 08:04 PM

Then she’s not very traditional if she’s putting her career over marriage and children. So she’s either a femcel that no one wants or she is really playing mgtow lol.

How many of them go back to working tho? Many women would love to take time off of work but only those in higher career positions can afford to do so without sever repercussions to their careers.

I think she’s unmarried by force and not by choice so maybe she’s projecting and making herself seem more attractive to men?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/25 03:01 AM

And that’s why I asked you to explain more so I wouldn’t assume your intentions behind holding statements like this and we could actually discuss it?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 10:00 AM

Because it is a grade level analogy that implies a woman’s value is predominantly based on how much of a service she can be for you. It implies she is an object who can expire. It implies she is negatively impacted by the amount of sex she’s had. Since you don’t want to answer the question I’m assuming you agree with all these statements.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/24 09:53 AM

Women’s choice to unknowingly engage with a bad man?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/24 06:19 PM

I don’t think this is a fair comparison. You’re asking mostly childless people if they’d rather be single for another 15-20 years or a single mom with 2 very dependent and disabled children during the one of the worst points in her life. That could happen to anyone and is just luck of the draw tbh. Of course I’d never wish to end up that way but it’s pretty unlikely most of us would.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/24 08:46 PM

Yes and no. I do everything I can to be naturally pretty but I would never get surgery to fix something about myself like my nose, boobs, or Botox for the sake of a trend.

I could point out incels with very little interaction. Their hatred for women can be seen in their every move with a woman. The only way I can describe it is when two women have an entire conversation at a club with just their eyes. Or when women can pick up another woman flirting with their man. I’m obviously one of those women and maybe that’s how I’m able to pick up on subtleties. I think if the same men are serial abusers/cheaters it’s because they know how to manipulate women to get what th…

Ah ok I see the misunderstanding. When I say standard it’s a given that there is some sort of physical attraction. I don’t think anyone today is getting with people they’re not at all attracted to. I’m saying women have many factors that contribute to attraction and that’s why introverted and short men can be married and not seen as “substandard”

Yeahh. It’s weird because I don’t know any woman who would want to date a man who only wants 18 year olds. Most are simply worried about the young girl and not about that type of 35 year old being off the market

The point is that I used the correct term. Feel free to disregard my opinion. It’s not like you’ll listen to anyone your own age anyway so I literally take no offense to that. That’s the great thing about opinions. They can still have those things with an 18 year old but again in what world are we expecting an 18 year old to carry the weight of a 35 year old life. That’s a lot to justify 35 year old men dating 18 year old women for no reason more than because they’re hot. You act like women are breaking up happy couples. I gave my full opinion and you’re trying to counter it by saying it’s not everyone and not every man dating a woman half his age with no life experience is a creep. You’re entitled to your opinion as I am mine and in my opinion, as asked, it is wrong and creepy. I stand by everything I said. Is it wrong to say an 18 year old relationship …

Because she’s easier.. that sums up what you just wrote. Date a 20 year old because you’re too insecure to handle other men being with her and are afraid someone was better somehow. Another weird reason to only date young women. The 35 year old has the maturity and resources to date any woman at any age but chooses the most immature and easily manipulated person he can. Her insecurities from other men shouldn’t be placed on you but you can place yours on her? Are you not the old jaded unmarried …

So you’re upset I fear teenage women are more vulnerable to abuse and manipulation because the men that want to date them, in their words, only care if she’s hot. A 35 year old man not caring about anything else and is targeting teenagers fresh out their parents household.. is a problem. Your question isn’t genuine and if you don’t want a different opinion then don’t post about it on the internet. Again. How do you differ 16 year olds from 18 year olds? Or are you just looking at the entire senior class? Her only qualification is to be hot shows how little you care for her a person. You care more about how she can physically gratify you and that’s the entire problem.

Control freak degenerates is craaaaazy lol You can, in fact, have it both ways and society is set up to ensure the transition into adulthood is staggered like drinking/smoking, credit, nightclubs, renting a car, etc. I’d love to see an 18 year old try to commit to anything lifelong. Isn’t it normal for them to change their minds frequently? I would absolutely interfere in my 18 year old son or daughter’s relationship with a 35 year old… you wouldn’t? If you t…

What exactly inclines a 35 year old man to date an 18 year old?

And if you’re not ugly they attack your man or standards or anything they can think of to discredit your viewpoint.. sigh. He seems like the type that has to date younger girls because women his age hate him

The problem is what’s stopping a 35 year old from dating a 16 or 17 year old. The only argument is “they’re of age” but an 18 year old is still or very recently no longer under their parents care, in high school, not paying bills, no job, no real life experience. The problem is the 35 year old has the ability to shape the TEENAGERs world perspective because he has twice as much experience as she does and could be her dad. The implicit authority exchange between a man that old and a woman that yo…

“Being completely disingenuous”… bro how? You said men shouldn’t wear make up and if they did they’d be made fun of. “Women understand the importance of looks; are thus considered prettier” so they’re prettier with make up.. exactly what I’ve been saying for literal days now..? You are agreeing it can make them prettier but still trying to say “but it doesn’t count because it’s not actually them!” Thanks dude. Thats the point of make up. Self care encompasses make up omg. Not every person who wears make up is putting an entire new face on. Self care can be anything that is done for yourself to feel better about yourself. There’s a lot of forms of self care that women partake in that men don’t because you guys make fun of it. You’ve already agreed with this but you want to continue to argue for what exactly? Obviously there’s a difference between getting every fake thing possible to put on your body and fixing your teeth and heal…

Ok and that’s why different forms of self care aren’t marketed to men because they’d be made fun of. That’s the point. Women can pretend to be more attractive because we don’t care if another woman has fake nails, lashes, hair, or whatever. If it looks good, it’s good. We can also get into the expectation of women to wear make up but that’s a different argument. If men had the freedom to experiment with more than basic hygiene and skincare, I’m sure many more would wear make up to cover acne, us…

The point of the entire post is to say women aren’t naturally prettier than men and the original comment said we put in effort to be more attractive than we naturally are. It doesn’t matter if you personally think their make up is ugly. It doesn’t change the fact most men find most women attractive and if it’s not naturally, it’s because of effort. How do you know gay men don’t have many female admirers when you’re neither a female nor a gay male? I mentioned a beard pen, eyebrow tinting, and ot…

And aren’t those women prettier? Isn’t it because they put in effort to make themselves a different person with make up? That’s the entire point you missed. Effort is attractive. So many gay men have a line of women because they literally just put effort into themselves. Based on your assumption no man calls them stupid and feminine, I assume you and many around you use traditionally feminine products to looksmax? If so, please visit any comment section of a product like a pen to fill in beards …

It’s fake but it makes women look better to themselves and society. When self care is marketed to men, they make fun of it and say it’s stupid even if it will make them look better like shapewear, beard and brow tinting, skincare, fashion, etc.

You will absolutely have a harder time but you can still go to school, get a job, find love, and have kids. There’s a lot of ugly men who are happy and content with life. It’ll never be the same life as a male model but you can still be happy. Again, not all ugly teenagers grow up to be ugly adults so telling them they’re ugly and have no chance at life would help how exactly? I think every ugly teenager knows they’re ugly and doesn’t need to be told. Wouldn’t teaching them that they’re less valued by society cause them to feel extreme insecurity, isolation, and depression? If they’re taught to feel wronged by society, won’t that discourage them from participating in activities they otherwise would enjoy? I fear teaching that rhetoric would create a lot more hostility and extremism in young boys and increase the suicide and/or homicide rate. I think you can teach the …

It really can be both. It’s not really based on mood but how you perceive the person approaching you. Unwanted male attention is when it becomes annoying but every woman’s standards are different, so men can compliment or offend depending on what she expects from men.

I think it depends on why you’re doing it. If it’s to get women then the goal is limitless because you can’t appeal to everyone. I think people tell men to work on themselves because not being able to find a match means the women you want don’t want you. You HAVE to become better overall to appeal to the women you want or you will be forced to settle, which I assume you don’t want to do. Weren’t most dating sites created by men? Again, you’re mad that women haven’t lowered their standards when they’ve stayed the same: be at least on the same level as them. Women’s standards being a man in a better standing than their own has not changed. Women pushed for rights, not for a 40-60 hour work week that still barely pays the bills. They pushed for choice in marrying who they want and being able to leave when they want. They pushed for legal protections against men and for financial freedom. Online dating and being both a man and woman is not what feminism is about and I’m sorry to hear that’s what you think it means. Even if men didn’t want equal rights…

Ahh ok yeah I’ve only ever heard it used, albeit incorrectly, in terms of dating or sleeping with multiple people. I agree with this and again think that society rn has really fucked all of us by forcing women to work just as much as men but still telling each side to practice their gender roles. It leaves women burnt out and frustrated with men who feel confused or emasculated. Most of our grandparents/parents had very traditional roles but we’re now expected to pivot into a completely new way …
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/24 06:22 PM

Women’s standards also haven’t changed. They’ve always wanted someone in a better standing than their own. The problem is women being forced to work at the same rate in the same jobs as men. The problem is the capitalist economy we’re in requires women to do the same jobs as men so the need for a man is less important now more than ever. Women want their“high value” man the same as they did before, but now she has a higher standard because she’s doing half the work for the man. That’s why woman …

I personally don’t think it’s hypergamy but that women, especially women who want kids, will eventually need to take time off for the numerous health issues that women have to encounter during pregnancy, childbirth, nursing, menopause, etc. I wouldn’t feel comfortable dating someone making less than I do (or working towards it) because I need him to make enough if I were to ever have to leave my job. I think it’s also because women carry a lot more risk with sex. There’s a chance she can get hurt mentally and/or physically, get pregnant, or looked at differently by society so that can also sway women’s decisions to have a lot of casual sex. Men don’t have as much risk and really only get brownie points for sleeping with a lot of women so there’s usually no reason to not have sex with whoever they want esp if they’re not in a relationship. Obviously men can and do get hurt during sex and ther…

I think it’s the same for men and women. Find someone who makes you happy and contributes equally in your eyes (traditional or modern). My perfect man is different than my sister’s perfect man. /r/PurplePillDebate31/05/24 01:45 PM

Idk I think confidence can be magic and turn a 4 to a 7. Confidence shows up in more ways than personality. Men take care of themselves more by dressing better, standing taller, doing a skin routine, working out more, etc. He will approach more women and flirt without seeming desperate so he also gets bonus cool points (obviously not every time). Confidence is so hot. Fake confidence wont get you far but I think true confidence can.

That’s not true. You can’t just make claims that go against biology. Men are biologically different than women. How is that false in any way? In absolute terms of total force exerted--as in the tug-of-war example--men are stronger than women. Studies indicate that among a group of men and women, each weighing 140 pounds (to even the odds somewhat), the women's upper-body strength will be about half of what the men's is. The greater gender difference in upper body strength can probably be attribu…

I used the statistic of safety that I was given. A HANDFUL of fatal bear attacks happen worldwide per year. You’re completely missing the point because you’re emotionally responding to me. If you pick a man over a bear, that’s fine. You can’t call an entire gender stupid for not agreeing with how our experiences should impact us. This isn’t about a bear and man, it’s about you continuing to assume you know better than women. If most women are saying they would literally risk being eaten alive vs raped and torture…

Bro you literally posted in an incel sub and asked how to stop hating women. You clearly aren’t the proper authority on the matter.. Also being raped as a woman and as a man are two totally different experiences. I thought of all people you’d believe we are different but I guess you believe you’re emotionally on par with a woman

I think the polar bear would be preferable to being brutally raped and murdered BUT I assume that big ass dude can’t run more than 100m at a speed of anymore than 10 mph. Polar bears can run 25 mph and if I’m encountering one I assume it’ll be in an area with no trees so I’m going gigantic prisoner on this one. If he could somehow keep up with me, I’d choose the bear and just end it quickly. Can we add a third option self destruct?

Or maybe your pride is hurt and don’t want to believe in any explanation a woman gives because it hurts your feelings? People disagree. I would rather encounter a bear in the woods at night than a man. I’ve given multiple reasons but your ‘mental illness’ is not allowing you think people can have different opinions. Grow up

It doesn’t stop it from killing me but I’d at least know the precautions to take, just like I know the precautions to take against strange men if I’m walking home alone at night. A bear in a store defies normality as does a human in the middle of the woods at night. If you read any of my other responses, which you replying to multiple assumes you have, you’d had seen my explanation for all of this. You want to keep this fire burning but like I said before: I don’t care if you’re mad about it. I …

Bears don’t belong in the store, sir. They belong in the woods. People don’t belong in the woods. They belong in stores. If a bear was placed outside its natural habitat into a people habitat it’d be out of place and therefore a risk to my safety. False equivalence

I don’t need help surviving so if he’s nice he’s no use to me besides comfort. Bear spray is less dangerous than human spray so no, it won’t work. Also it’s a telling sign you don’t actually go outside if you think a bear will fight you the same a human would or that I’m stupid because we disagree on a singular topic but feel free to skip everything else I’ve said to prove your point.

I do leave the house for numerous reasons. We are taking about being IN THE WOODS IN THE MIDDLE OF NIGHT. Am I going to be more afraid of a creature that happens to live there or a creature that purposely went there and has the ability to stock and hunt me for hours on end? Saving yourself from the possible threat of people is normal and I mentioned why. If your grandma didn’t tell you these stories, you can’t decide what grandma actually meant by these. Plus the possibility of a woman lying abo…

A thread about being in the place where bears just happen to be and encountering one vs a man who’s wandering around the woods by himself in the middle of the night.. If he happens to be bad, I will be tortured and killed. If the bear happens to be chasing me for whatever reason, I will die anyway but quicker. Bears aren’t safe but they’re not likely to SEEK you out and are easily deterred. You act like I’m saying I’d rather live with a bear than a man or that all men are as dangerous as a bear.…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 01:35 AM

Not even close to a femcel and don’t even participate in those discussions. I’m not saying all men are bad. I’m saying the reason so many women fear men, even when we are statistically less likely than ever to be harmed by one is because our mothers and grandmothers were and are now raising us to be cautious. Also bear attacks are VERY uncommon and can be avoided. Maybe you just don’t know much about bears and their behavior and that’s why you’re so afraid of them. Also the comparison between a …
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 12:02 AM

I doubt it lol. I think they hear bear and assume I hate and/or am afraid of all men. I also could be choosing a bear because I live in an area where it’s common to camp with bears in the area and the most you bring with you is bear spray and flash lights to deter them. It could also be because I’m reading a book on how humans went from prey to predator and why we were so successful in our transition without predatory features like claws and teeth.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 11:49 PM

Love your flair I think that’s where women and men differ in the thought that either one could be a fair fight. Obviously a bear is WAY scarier than a normal man but as a small woman, I have to hide and pray I don’t die either way so I think I’d take my chances with something that will chase me out of it’s territory then leave me alone vs a very intelligent being that’s capable of planning, deceiving, manipulating, and controlling me to the extent of his power, which will always be more than min…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 11:05 PM

It’s a really scary thought to be alone with some random ass man. The only stories you hear about a woman in the woods alone with a strange man are scary stories of men following, attacking, raping, and killing women there. It’s the same principle of never being alone with a woman in a closed space like an office because she can cause great harm to you by lying. Women are taught never to be in a dark area with strange men because they can cause great physical harm. You also have to consider that…

And we are usually much smaller and weaker than men so we err on the side of caution because the outcome can be fatal for us. If this man is coming up to me on the street and fighting my ‘no’, it shows he doesn’t respect my answer and he’s comfortable making me uncomfortable. It’s not like every man that goes up to a woman gets an emphatic yes and a fake number. It’s the men who are already showing signs of a hurt ego, which like you said, are often more aggressive

People lust differently and an 8-10 from a man’s perspective is different than an 8-10 by a woman’s standards. A lot of men think the men women find attractive are “beta” or pretty boys.

For real. And even ND women have vastly different experiences and personalities. I’m also very trusting of people and it got me into A LOT of bad situations. I’ve never once tested my bf with fake scenarios but rather stood back and observed his actions.

It just shows that you are emotionally available and in tune with her, which is attractive, but that’s usually when you’re already dating or talking. It’s not that she doesn’t want to solve her problems. She most likely can solve what she’s upset about and she’s just using you to test if her logic makes sense. So when she says “you know what I mean?” Or “but I think…. Right?” She’s not asking you to solve it for her. She’s using your reactions to see if she’s out of line someone and will adjust …

My personal opinion is that those women like the upper hand they have on other women because of what men and the church tell them. I used to be uber religious and fought with myself perception because my husband wasn’t cooperating no matter how many books I read about being the perfect wife. Everything I read was turned around on me being less than adequate so I tried harder and harder to fit the standards my church had. I naturally started looking down on other women for living so loosely and c…

Why are you still responding stupid points that add nothing to the conversation? Tuck your pride, and consider you don’t know more about what women want than the women you’re hitting on at a bar. It’s ok and normal to be rejected, esp at a bar. I’ve rejected many very attractive men because I’m having a good time with my girls. I’m there for them, not for you. Idk how attractive you are.. Right we’re only talking about one specific scenario where the friends intentions were bad and out of jealousy so you can have your point. The thing tho is that’s rare and it’s not the main reason women do this for each other but whatever you want to believe my guy. Continue to be rejected and think it’s someone else’s fault

The presumption is that you think you know more about what she wants than she and her friends do. Who cares if you were hitting it off. She could just be nice or have a bf or just recently was broken up with. Just because a woman is nice and talkative doesn’t mean she wants to go home with you. Unless she’s shooing her friend away to stay with you, she was never interested in the first place. (Does not apply to drunk girls)

Patterns of behavior seen by your limited knowledge, experience, and views. You can’t tell someone else what shade of blue THEY see. Also, you’re assuming men are the only ones capable of seeing what’s going on but how does that even make sense if you think all women do is scheme? If they can read and manipulate people and the situation, they know exactly what’s going on and what to do. If all women do it, why is the ugly one the only one lying in this scenario? Or maybe the pretty one is lying …

I guess I’m just not understanding what you expected her to do besides be there for you emotionally and sexually satisfy you? How did you get the idea that women use men for their resources when you’ve dated many women that save every penny because they’ve been taken advantage of? Shitty women exist. It’s not BECAUSE they’re women, it’s because they’re shitty people that happen to use their feminine edge. Every demographic will have shitty people. Women get used sexually and manipulated into being modern day mommies to grown men that complain about paying for… his wife and children’s needs..? That’s not to say you have…

Ok so I think this is a common issue that stems in the misunderstanding of women. I’m speaking about women I know and women I’ve heard about but usually, it’s not about the gift or price tag. It’s about showing her you care and are LISTENING. Women are known to do more home chores so she is taking on more of the “us” chores while you only do “your” chores. She’s using her energy for you, her, the house, the pets, the kids. She’s statistically, most likely, doing them before or after work, all fo…

Lol right so the idea that men willingly and often date broke women is just another means to further degrade women’s standards for not wanting to date a broke man and not being RomAnTic enough. Men who date broke girls “care about love” but they will leave if she’s “virtually dead” because she has cancer - so romantic. Men with “enough resources” can date broke girl because it doesn’t matter if she works or not but again will leave if she loses her physical ability. Men “want to be providers” bu…

No I’m not paying all of it because my bf works and we split things. When he lost his job, I took over a lot of our outings and such so I did pay for most of our stuff. Also there’s a lot of women who shoulder their man thru school, finding a job, taking care of his kids, etc. that’s why I mentioned the whole “don’t raise your man.” She benefits him now, he benefits her later. Same way men do when they shoulder all the bills. No one is going around paying for someone’s life with no expectation o…

There’s a hole dilema about women not “building” their man by investing time and money for him to achieve more. Idk a single woman who wouldn’t pay her half at all points in the relationship and wouldn’t pay HIS half when he’s down on his luck. I think a lot of women refuse to date broke men after they’ve seen the return in their own lives or friends lives but that’s not the same as their partner becoming broke.

Yeah that’s a good point too. I know a lot of older couples who got married after a few dates so I can see how the men who chose poorly could end up being the victim to a financially/emotionally abusive wife. God forbid any of them were gay or disabled by any means.

I’m convinced a lot of men haven’t actually talked to their grandmas about this. Just because their grandpas were happy with the relationship doesn’t mean it was the ideal dynamic. I mean who really wouldn’t want a person to deep clean your house every week, do all your laundry, raise the kids, handle all household admin duties, iron and lay out your work clothes, have breakfast/dinner cooking when you get up/come home, and send you to work with a home cooked meal? And all you had to do was work…
