You are absolutely way too old, by about a decade, to suggest “watching tik tok” as a date. Holy shit. If I were here I’d run. That’s what you did wrong man, that’s creepy. Guys who use tik tok in their mid/late 20s and beyond seem emotionally stunted at best or pedophilic at worse because that app is filled with underage girls dancing. the best way to do it is on 7 days, off 7-10 days. allow your stomach to shrink and try to keep your portions small while not on it. then when you resume you can lose even more weight.
