If you want to look at the high water mark for extreme cases, they almost all come out of these two provinces. It was UNBELIEVABLE watching the change in some of these women from first year to third year. I'm a lawyer, and I recall there being way more 9/10's in law school than the general population. Good looking women come from good genes. Good looking men tend to earn more, and good looking women marry men that earn a lot. Either way, when there's money in a family, there's often good looking children who become good looking adults, and many of which go on to success. So theoretically if the demographics hit a certain point, so would affirmative action laws. In Canada, where I live, we specifically have policies that apply to anyone non white or non male.
