This is sort of pointless because the people who make these kinds of arguments aren't trying to see the world as it exists. They come up with an idea of how they think it should be and then try to defend that tent, regardless of any truth or validity. They act like everything is "about science" etc, but any study that rails against their view is "poorly designed" etc. Or something is "debunked" because one person claims something is. I like pizza hot, I like pizza cold. I like it when it's new, and I like it when it's old. I like it with a lot of cheese, and sometimes I'll eat it without any cheese at all.
