I came late to this party. Move to Texas - under Dalton v Dalton (read the case), the courts will recognize alimony, but will only treat it as a civil debt, since it does not conform to Texas rules. No contempt of court and no seizure of exempt assets.

Apparently he is one of four heirs to billion dollar estate. If I had that kind of money, I’d buy both houses next door to the judges house and rent them to rapists and drug dealers. When the judge moves, do it again.

LOL ... TIL I’m being followed by the CIA. I’ve wired out close to the amount of money for real estate, in the aggregate. Yeah, there are forms that you have to fill out - FINCen in particular. They only care about getting their taxes. As far as I know, I haven’t been marked as a flight risk. As for Ozark - the main problem is that the money originated as cash. Yeah that would be a problem. Pretty sure it takes more than single digit millions to get the attention of an intelligence agency.

I also do not see where the article says that she LOST custody. What I read was that she was upset with the geographical restriction - it said that she would not be able to move to where her family was from. In Texas, the general rule is that the parent that gets to chose the primary residence of the children is restricted to the county (in Houston and DFW, they allow the county and a neighboring county), unless the other parent leaves the area. The racial breakdown at UC Berkeley is over 40% Asian while for whites it is 21.3%. Chinese-Americans alone make up 17.8%. Judicial Inquiry Commissions almost NEVER discipline judges. Many states go several years without ever disciplining, much less removing, a single judge. They have absolute judicial immunity from civil lawsuit, even if their ruling is proven malicious. They are literally above the law.
