If you act appropriately and professionally you won't find yourself in those situations. If you've ever taken a business law class you'd know that sexually harassment under the law is very well-defined. Companies have their own sexual harassment policies and most of them are not difficult to follow.

It has nothing to do with being beta or alpha. It has to do with your personality, being focused and driven that makes you successful. This is the dumbest thing I've ever read. Maybe men like you can't handle the corporate world because you lack the brain power and don't know how to communicate with women or men. EXACTLY! That is still a field that is largely dominated by white men and it's mostly because they struggle to find minority applicants! I think racism is actually a bigger issue between mid-level or under educated workers than it is between top-level executives. When you get to that point you've either made your way and earned it and if you got their by mistake you don't stay there very long.

I think they're leaving because millenials are lazy and entitled. They also want more work/life balance too and in some areas of business the expectation is that you work 50 hours a week if you're looking to get promoted. You could flip the script and say the same thing of fathers... how some of them push their boys into sports because they want to live vicuriously through their sons. The man who offered to pay for his son's medical schooling, but then refused when he chose to go into cardiology instead of becoming a surgeon like his father and grandfather. There are women who love their children who will never get anything in return. The mothers of children with disabilities take care of their kids and will never get anything in return. By return, I mean the child can't express themselves enough to even say, "I love you." You are completely wrong. I disagree. Most people finish college at 20-21 years old. You don't stay living at your mom and dads to save for a car. You do it save money to buy a house. This guys is going to be 30 and still living with mom and dad. Everyone should be out of their parents house no later 25 years old and even then, that is pushing it. Unless he has an intellectual disability there is no reason he should be living at home with his parents. Probably doesn't even give them rent money.
