Stunning women who choose to continue with a serious career as opposed to going into modeling, pageantry, acting, OF, or anything appearance related have an insane amount of self control. I remember meeting this girl who was already complete with her residency and going into her first year of being a doctor. This girl was break-your-brain pretty. Like a young Olivia Munn, but prettier and Indian. Even the average pretty girl gets encouraged to show off in some way.

Going on vacation tomorrow and meeting up with my friend for dinner. This friend is a very obvious Stacy. She's hot and has always been hot. In her youth, she was offered to join parties at the Playboy Mansion and stuff like that. The group I'm with is my boyfriend's friends, which include a very incelly dude and I'm wondering if I should invite her or not to the rest of our festivities post dinner.

Sure, of course there's going to be variation with what women prefer. I'm all about the idea of balance, and I don't really care if a 25 year old is dating a 35 year old if he is compensating in some way and they're not hurting each other. That being said, I'm bringing up that his age is a dealbreaker to the women I know and myself because it's delusion to believe that older men are accepted by all younger women. They're only accepted by a percentage, some of which will not be attractive.

I think your definition of FOMO is different. A man with FOMO is sad that he hasn't experienced what he wanted to in the past. It's a dealbreaker for me because I don't want to deal with a constant emptiness. Men like this are more likely to settle because they weren't able to get what they wanted before, so they'll just take whatever they can find. If they are able to find what they're looking for in the present, it still doesn't fulfill them because they're tied to the past. What you're saying…

Your first paragraph makes no sense. Men who have FOMO are almost always men who are settling. They're dissatisfied about the past because they don't, and never precisely had what they want in the present. This is a sad way to view things and I'm really glad that most men don't think this way. You have a case of solipsism and men within your comments are saying that they don't prefer 20 year old women. Your dating strategy is based on selfishness. You want to believe that older men have value be…

Yes, we know about the first part. Plenty of men can be extremely shallow, and often choose immutable traits. If all men thought this way, it would be useless to date. I would just use men for their money, empty their bank accounts, and see them all as jokes. Fortunately, not all think this way.

I think you're phrasing it as though women don't want muscles because they have some sort of internal struggle. There's perfectly logical rationale. I've been with men with 6 packs and broad shoulders, and they look nice, obviously. I don't prefer someone who leaves me for 2 hours a day, can't eat pizza except for special occasions, and are too into their body. I just need someone who isn't fat and who wants to be reasonable healthy.

I'm confused how this is morbid. I respect the vigor and ambition to go through med school and residency, but frankly, someone who fails more than twice should not continue with being a doctor. I've had a doctor make a mistake before and it can be life threatening.

Our kitten is only a few weeks old, so sometimes when a kitten is separated young, they use other cats as surrogate mothers. So our kitten sucks on our cat's teet, and we heard him purring while the kitten was doing it. 🥴

Attention. And men fall for it. I've seen girls make out "for fun" in front of boys, and to my knowledge they don't actually go on dates with women. I've also seen women "confess" in front of men, that they're bicurious, but have never done anything about it. A woman is only truly bisexual if she's willing to have sex and wine and dine another woman.

Q4ALL: Is dinner at a man's place as a second date a red flag? I'm in an all-girls group chat with random people in my city, and a girl asked this because she ran into this situation. The responses were very FDS and 80% of girls said it was a red flag. A 30-something year old said she had a 90 day rule for sex. One even joked about how he was likely a serial killer. The other 20% of responses I agreed with, which was advising her to do what she is most comfortable with.

But the thing that differs a romantic relationship from a friendship is physical attraction, physical touch, sex, and mutual romantic care. He essentially used her as a betabucks. I understand the pressure to not be shallow. I've succumbed to it before. But I expect OP's boyfriend to break it off sooner or grow his emotional attraction. Instead be just denigrated her body further because he couldn't get a boner. That's sad.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/22 06:02 PM

People being verbal about their preferences will always be a debate. I've seen people villainized for sugarcoating/not being "honest" and I've also seen people villainized for being honest. Beyond that, no one should date anyone they're not attracted to. I don't blame OP's boyfriend's standards. I do not fit his standards either. I blame OP's boyfriend for leading her on and wasting some of her most important years.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/22 05:51 PM

You once said that 99% of men settle. In which case, from that perspective, what is the benefit for a woman to even try if she's getting settled for? Consider OP in this case.

I said "pickme" because women keep a relationship going on longer when the man doesn't desire her. OP may or may or have been a pickme. Also, our definitions of what a pickme is sounds different. She said that her boyfriend prefers taller women. She can only do that with $100k surgery. Even then, it's not okay to ask your partner to change when you've already accepted them as they are. Not sure what the female ego has to do with anything here.

BF of 2.5 years told me he’s never been physically attracted to me At least a few times a week if I dip into the relationship and dating subreddits, I'll find a post about how someone isn't attracted to their partner. This sounds like it's coming from a low libido perspective. We are all ultimately animals. I do agree sex is a desire and not a need, but sex is one of the most important things when you don't have it, and one of the least important things when you can get it. Also, birth control being accessible and free for everyone works on a fiscally conservative level.

It sounds like mutual hypergamy. Kids tell the truth and that kid thought she was "so pretty." Also, women who work in competitive parts of fashion are typically pretty or at the very minimum, elegant looking. In the most extreme sense of traditional roles, a beautiful, young woman is the same as a rich man.

Damn his wife must feel cucked by the daughter. I think the kid was the asshole, but since the kid doesn't know any better, I'll say the dad. The wife was 100% fair to feel hurt, although I will say that the wife was too insecure before. If she didn't have examples of how the other ladies looked down on her, she was probably projecting. Madison sounds like she's very pretty while his wife sounds more like the everyday type of woman.

The only girl closest I've seen go from "2 to 8" is TikTok's toothless princess, and that's because she pops half her jaw in. Makeup is meant as an enhancer, for a slightly more youthful, sexy, or glossier look. It's not a whole mask. FaceTune + makeup + angles + lighting is another story, but that type of beauty privilege doesn't translate in real life. Some men don't understand this.

You said yourself he's attractive. Most men are aging the same as women, so as long as he stays attractive, he has more of an advantage. Youthful beauty > beauty > youth If she says that experience in life and sex is what attracts her, it sounds like she's also trying to appease people. She didn't mention his looks, which probably means money is just one of the influences. I would be really surprised if he wasn't wining and dining her, even if he wasn't a BB.

There's not really a solution though. Society shames people for being shallow and vain, ironically, even though looks is a multiplier for so many things career, social life, and love life. People sometimes learn the truth when it's too late for them to turn back. I truly believe looks matters, as does everything else. But when I just say the first part, I get accused of encouraging blackpillers or I get accused of being shallow. I think the worst is when I said I wouldn't date someone I deemed u…

BMI is weight distribution, which matters a lot more than a number. A woman who is 5'10 and 150 pounds is not the same as a woman who is 5'2 and 150 pounds. You appear to be twisting statistics. It's a bit of a vicious cycle perpetuated by men and women. The idea of makeup is meant to embellish features, reduce flaws, and display signs of youthfulness. Men and society want women to look youthful and put together, so it drives this desire for women to want to wear makeup. In places like metropolitan areas of Japan, it can be "embarrassing" for you to NOT wear makeup. If you have baggage about makeup, ideally you prefer a woman who wears little to no makeup?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/22 06:57 PM

You seemed to only list sociological rationality, and only in particular societies or with specific people does this genuinely work. I think what bothers me is that he says that this "should" be a thing, not "can" be a thing.

fresh&fit being absolute clowns His rationality always hinges on bIoLoGy and NaTuRe, but only at the convenience of his selfishness. That's what I thought of too. It's definitely a feedback loop. Unless he dates a woman who challenges him and knows how to tame him, which would take a special once in a lifetime sort of woman who only fits him, he will stay the same. While it does not offend me, it is extremely tone deaf. Guaranteed a man wrote this script. I'm glad that there's conversation about it. I usually wear a trench coat when I get home anytime past 10pm, and even then, I have people yelling at me. /r/PurplePillDebate28/04/22 09:01 PM

Sure, the question is not as straightforward as it appears, which is why I asked it. I can't decide between the two myself. It's more realistic that someone is cocky in a way that overcompensates while also having low self esteem, rather than a person who is truly confident. I've met a few women who fit the description of pretty girl who thinks she's average looking, but there's usually baggage tied to it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/22 08:59 PM

The implication is that you have to either deal with cockiness and a level of entitlement or deal with baggage and self esteem issues. I don't think most men want to emotionally support a woman in that way, and if you raise children, that might not make for rigid mother.

Q4ALL: Would you rather date someone who was attractive, but viewed themselves as more attractive than they actually were? Or would you rather date someone who was attractive, but sincerely thought of themselves as ugly? I assume the ideal is typically in the middle, an attractive person who is realistic and humble, but this is not an option in this question.

I think the problem is that some people actually do accidentally rape, in a nonviolent way. It's not to do about looks. I've had men over who I was very physically attracted to who I in theory wanted to sleep with, but didn't actually want to go through with the actions. I simply wanted to get to know them. Consent is important, and you can't skip the words. If you're socially fluid, you will know how to navigate. "Can I kiss you?" "Is this okay?" "Wanna fuck?" "Let's be close" etc are all thing…

The thread about rape, and all of the defense it's getting, is proof that a lot of these men are at the bottom 20% of social skills. Flirting is not an open invitation to rape. Wanting to be courted is not an invitation to rape. Wanting initiative is not an invitation to rape. No means no. I am the exact type of woman who does enjoy the tease of push and pull, but every man I've met luckily has the social adequacy to see where the line is.

I'm the same. This might be controversial, but the traits that consist of a HVW are contradictory to a woman with a high partner count. Those traits are likely to include mental stability, classiness, future-oriented, and emotional intelligence. I've never met a Samantha Jones (Sex and the City) type.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:52 PM

This is a good list. Similar to nurturing, but I'd add empathetic, secure, and patient. Any positive motherly traits. Only thing I'd change is that I'd say youthful is more tied to relativity. A loyal, fit 50 year old woman with a husband and kids is still a HVW in my eyes.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:43 PM

You're not the type of man I'm talking about if you're investing more time, money, and care in your girlfriend than to a whore. To my knowledge, you don't use escorts.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 05:16 PM

You spend money on a more beautiful, easy woman for one night. You spend less money on a woman you love who you're supposed to build a future with. Sounds less logical and less moral. Of course affection isn't measured in money, but dates, gifts, and support all matter, which all costs money.

Perhaps you're biased, because it looks like it's about everywhere in PPD.

/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/22 04:04 PM

There's a middle ground between that advice, and that's what I'd give. Red pill's advice for women between 20-29 years old is just bad, and it's to benefit them. Your mind is still developing between 20-23 years old. I'm not the same person as I was, and so my decisions won't be the best for myself long-term. I'd also have to date 5-10 years older to find a provider-type (and that's not attractive to me either). Men move in an advantageous way too, and if I'm going to try to find a transactional…

Yeah I agree with this. If genuinely terrible people can date, awkwardness, rudeness, and shyness is easily forgivable to many others if the person is good looking. I do think it's all calculated in attraction, though. The autistic cousin probably doesn't always have the best options.

I see you post on red pill. Red pill boasts a road to being a HVM, but the irony is that taking the red pill in the wrong way will turn you into an objectively LVM by default: bitter, unpleasant, negative, sexist, weirdly transactional, weirdly sexual, weirdly cocky, etc. I didn't have casual sex, but I did throw men aside after a nice cuddle if I didn't take them seriously. This typically includes men who seem detached, men who seemed like a fuckboy or wannabe fuckboy, men who seemed promiscuou…

I get catcalled in a trench coat, sunglasses, and a mask. This is why the statement "men are trash" has been floating around. Of course wearing skimpier clothes will get more attention. Women should be able to wear what they want with reason... A lot of his videos are also clearly in Las Vegas, where that's the scene. It's like asking women not to wear swimsuits at the beach.

Improve to the point where you have options, and seek the option that fits best for your preferred dynamic. Everyone fits on the range. If you see threads asking about whether a woman should split on a very first date, you'll see women who want a nice dinner to be paid for, women who will split the meal, or women who will pay the whole meal AND ask you out.

I think that men don't calculate other labors, and I also think men sometimes choose the wrong women. Producing a child is a lot more valuable than the cost of a car, for example. Gino's partner, for whatever reason, wants to fuck Gino everywhere. I'd argue Jasmine is a good deal for Gino, besides the craziness. Gino is very stupid and unlikeable.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 07:50 PM

Have you considered moving? California is shallow, and everyone is susceptible to the apex fallacy because it looks like "everyone" takes care of themselves. This means that, for you, the women on the left end of where the bell curve starts to increase sometimes have the expectations of the women on the right opposite end of the bell curve.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 07:47 PM

Me too. I openly admit that I take money into account. You either have to adjust your lifestyle or you have to pay for them to have a subpar version of your lifestyle, and it may lead to resentment. If you make them pay for what you want, that leads to guilt.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 07:27 PM

Red pill and FDS open up their definition of a HV person of their gender to please themselves, but restrict what a HV person of the opposite gender is to adjust to their narrative.

Then, in my opinion, they're entitled. People can ask for whatever they want, but it breaches delusion if they can't get it. There is the 1% of women who are capable of saying that they expect to be wined and dined by men as rich and handsome as Henry Cavill, and this would not be entitlement or unfair. /r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 06:59 PM

PSA: There really are dudes out here who want the privilege of a Stacy with the looks and safe surroundings of a Chad. This is IMPOSSIBLE. The closest you can get is to be a famous handsome man, and even then you are stripped of safety and privacy.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 06:05 PM

Yes, because sex is complicated and can hurt people emotionally and physically. This should be obvious. I'd pay $5,000 per person to wipe out someone from my sexual history if I could. These aren't even dudes who raped or beat me, they're just normal dudes I felt I wasted my time with. Women aren't free prostitutes.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 05:45 PM

Have they succeeded in finding men who are willing to do that? If they get what they want and other people give it to them freely, I can't knock it. What they're saying is the equivalent of men who want sex within one date. If they can get it and they do it in a moral way, then by all means, go for it. If they can't, then they're entitled. Personally, I don't think either tactic is preferable to myself and I establish intimacy within the second date.

Yes. It's not inherently creepy to come up to someone. A few days ago, someone asked when women begun to get catcalled. Most of the responses said that they started experiencing it between 11-14 years old. We know that most men who come up to us want something from us, and the chances of it being sex are high. That's enough for us to be at least cautious if it's in the wrong environment. I've had debates about whether a particular approach in a video was creepy, and some men for the life of them…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 03:39 PM

It's not that that I'm referring to. It's the whole act of "uwu I'm so lonely, won't someone please fuck me and turn me into your forever?" Sometimes it's marketing. Sometimes it's real. Hard to tell unless they're consistent like aella girl, who clearly wants a relationship but is too mentally ill and narcissistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/22 03:26 PM

Keep in mind it may also be for marketing.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/22 08:20 PM

Sure, this is where the rational behind their neuroticism is flawed. The fastest I've ever slept with someone was within 2 weeks, which includes both of the people who ended up as my boyfriend. The slowest was 3 months, which was a FWB. That logic would not register to that same narrative they pull.

One or two mistakes is fine, though consistency is admirable and ideal. The reality is that the consistent women are already usually taken, so I understand the neuroticism behind it. For example, some of the women here slept with their now-husband/boyfriend on the first date or first few weeks (this includes myself). This behavior is what sounds suitable to them, but it's the jaded women that are single that might not be doing this same thing.

Young, single women do. They can date down in income, but they choose not to. Your point about a population of men being completely undatable as felons is valid though, so it certainly reduces the pool.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 07:59 PM

She sounds like a strong, independent woman. Men make more than women and also lean more towards positions of power, so her notion that educated men lack abundance is nearly irrelevant. I have female friends with masters that make half as much as me or my boyfriend. Good looks do not keep a man from approaching. This only applies to women with resting bitch face or women who are incomprehensibly attractive which only accounts for the Adriana Limas and young Megan Foxs of the world.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/22 07:41 PM

My friend apparently got into a verbal fight with his other friend group. The premise is that he pulled up to dinner with his other friends, who brought along some girls. The ratio is 4 guys and 3 girls, but 2 of the guys are trying to date 2 of the girls. One of the guys trying to get a nut suggested the men take the bill and split it 4 ways between the men. God I hate Instagram culture. I regret ever making one. Went out with a group of girls this weekend, a girl posted the pictures and my face is completely FaceTuned along with the other girls. Found out this morning another girl I've known for years seemed to have a manic episode and unfollowed me as well as half of our mutual friends.

I would say I'm approachable/realistically pretty but nowhere near stunning. When I go out, cute young guys and cute rich older guys approach me. I get invited to VIP, free things, people stare, remember my name, dozens of compliments a week, etc. The way she describes her life seemed even more elevated than mine. I wouldn't be able to get commitment from a male model or meet celebrities like she did.

It's harder to tell for the guys since some guys seem to get laid a lot or not at all irrelevant to their looks. It's easier for me to tell for women by the way they describe their lifestyle, since a woman's looks are tiered and their lifestyle rides on that tier. I could tell ladyofblades who used to post was very pretty (probably a 7.5-8 on my scale), though I'd never seen her before.

Being lesbian doesn't remove you from harm? Even being overweight doesn't remove you from harm. Getting catcalled is uncomfortable enough. I know plenty of women who have been raped. The scariest is when friends talk about being followed or grabbed. I've been followed before but fortunately I have a RBF, so it doesn't happen often. Is this what you call empathy for the other gender? I understand that men have other reasons to be concerned for their safety, but it's in my experience that women le…

I think part of the problem when dating in between 28-35 years old is that it feels sort of like the last dance at prom. You have the couples that are swaying side by side nestled by each other, you have the people who purposefully went stag supported by their friends, you have couples who are already up at their hotel room or parent's house, and then you have the people who are just the last ones there.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/22 06:15 PM

It doesn't work reversed because most men don't have a fear of getting raped in the middle of the night. This should be obvious. You also don't seem to know frat culture very well. They're "supposed" to be gentlemanly, especially if this is a sister sorority. He doesn't owe them a favor, but it almost comes off as petty and mean to leave them like that. Like "hah, you didn't sleep with me so now I won't give you any safety."

I understand why you'd be concerned and genuine people don't deserve to get used, but it also filters out people who you'd view as worthwhile. It's nice to know that I make 6 figures alongside my partner, but I wouldn't have dated him if I felt feel he couldn't contribute as well. Wouldn't a dating service not accurately know what your type is and how to write like you do? Also, you mentioned you do really simple dates sometimes like drinks. Have you considered putting in more effort into your dates? If you're aiming for someone you perceive to be Stacy-lite or Stacy, you may need more than just drinks to pursuade her. Q4ALL: How many men would you estimate would date a woman regardless of her interests, hobbies, personalities, values, intelligence, and career (a woman who is offers the basic needs like looks, manners, and sex) vs how many men are picky about these things? What would you say the ratio is? Or is it more of a scale, and could you describe this scale?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/22 07:23 PM

That's the grief for women. Men like you do not empathize with women's experience because they absolutely refuse to. I knew you were going to say something like that, as they always do. Women don't want to be treated like used socks. You're proving me right by whining about it right now. Personally, I think both men and women have dating woes and all of them are valid.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/22 07:03 PM
2

The answer to that is obviously different experiences. A lot of men have trouble empathizing with women's. Whenever I ask or see another woman ask something along the lines of "why do women want to be attractive" or "how does a woman vet," only 10% of men REALLY get the answer right. The only reason I understand the man's experience is because I used to be ugly.

Q4ALL: in your opinion, does someone's sexual ability (including size) relate to leagues and RMV? I guess your options are more limited if you're awful at sex. There's also the trope that ugly men get with hot women because of money or a huge dick. At the same time, it's something flexible, not as obvious, and subjective. Sexual chemistry is of course necessary, but that's not the same as being good in bed. I don't know what I'd answer given this question.

I think my point is that the best one can commit to may very well be their equal, given that the man has put in decent effort to date. I've met couples that I misjudged in the past where I thought the man was both better looking and made 2-15x more money. After getting to know them, I realize the woman typically offers more in the personality area or the man is at a detriment with his personality. Some of the guys I thought were my physical equal, I rejected them and they ended up dating a woman…

Single moms have to deal with a lot, so I'm not sure why men think adding onto the air of automatic rejection does anything. I understand there is a specific stereotype that men are disgusted by - the lazy single mom who thinks she deserves a king to pay for her kids. The reality is that some single moms were cheated on, widowed, betrayed, etc.

I'd consider their girlfriends below them in RMV. Why do you believe this to be so? They've defined themselves as roughly equal RMV if they're in a relationship. Men who have options will choose the "best" of their options, and that option will choose the "best" of their options. To be honest, I'm not quite sure if I trust your assessment. You seem like a polite person so I'm not trying to knock you down, but you also put women down a notch. I remember you described yourself as 6/6/6, but said t…

If you don't know how to dress, diet, and groom as a woman, you would NOT get a man who was anything even a little above average. Some of the men on here apparently want to date a partner who would bring in the bread. You'll have some physically and personality preferences too, which would filter a portion of men. Even if this is as simple as a man who is faithful, a third of your pool is cut out. Women don't just exist and somehow have a line of cute men waiting to pay for a house for them.

My friend with the BBL hosted a ladies group get together yesterday. She sent me the picture since I wasn't there, and she fucking FaceTuned herself, left all the other 20 girls intact, and posted it. For the millionth time, I can't wait to leave Los Angeles.

He's angry this handsome man isn't fucking him.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 10:29 PM

Women will always have more options. The idea is that if a man is attractive enough to have options, it's not crazy that he will reject his looksmatch for whatever reason. So "Chad chasing" isn't always the right answer to why women get rejected, like it's commonly said in PPD.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 10:24 PM

Tell that to the entirety of black pill. Apparently Chad has bitches lined up. The truth is somewhere in the middle. Chad still has to try and women are fickle. Half of women still equals options.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 10:20 PM

Looks like she's a Harvard graduate who wrote a book and started a podcast. But I thought men didn't care about education and career??
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 09:55 PM

Sure. I'll agree with that. Just saying a 7/10 girl aiming for a 7/10 guy struggles in a different way. A girl was venting yesterday about her dating frustrations and men just chalked it up to Chad chasing without knowing how she looks like, what she's aiming for, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 09:47 PM

Nope. There are some men here who are above average looking with decent social skills, and they actually get it. The fact that you think a man having options equates to a billionaire shows how much you don't get it.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 09:46 PM

If you're above a certain level in looks, men will have more options. Because both sides have more options, it can make dating more difficult in a different way. The men have the choice to pick the women who are the best looking, have the best chemistry, and are the most easygoing, and so do the women. A lot of men here belittle the dating experiences of women, and if a woman calls her experience hard, they chalk it up to Chad chasing because they think all men are desperate with no options (lik…

For runway and print, yes. There's a minimum for women too. It's a whole package, but I think the desired height for women is around 5'9 and for men it's around 6'1.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 07:48 PM

I think it's fine to ask if you're deeper into officially dating.

It's important to get to know the root of any hateful thoughts. PickleLine is gone now, but his obsession with n count was nearly a disability. I have seen very normal preferences get criticized. People are fine to have their preferences. I used the word "obsession" concerning high n count women because it implies unhealthiness. For example I think it's embarrassing for example when people subscribe and regularly go on fatpeoplehate. Age gap relationships can be predatory, just like gold digger …

That's fine to want. You're not crazy. But it is insecure. It's not a bad thing, it's just a thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/22 07:47 PM
3

Sure. I just think it's important to get to the root of it. The way you have rationalized it is sensible, and your main priority seems like you want someone who is similar to you that reaffirms you. A few times a week, high n count women are compared to dumpsters, human trash, prostitutes. High n count women aren't doing anything immoral, but they're likened to rapists. It's a strange obsession.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/22 07:43 PM

I will agree that very high n count people do not have the most attractive characteristics of impulsivity and emptiness. High n count women certainly complicate the dating landscape.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/22 07:01 PM

Your argument falls apart with the knowledge that I am average n count (within the single digits). There's reasons why people put others down obsessively. It's insecurity. It's why bullies exist. I don't care if men are insecure about it. It's the hamstering that's weird.

3

Sorry, typo. *High n count women
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/22 06:41 PM

No. It's pretty straightforward. Some men want a low n count women because they don't like the idea of not being a woman's best in every sexual and physical sense. They don't like the feeling of competition. It's rooted in insecurity.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/22 06:40 PM
9

I am fine with certain men preferring low n count women. The thing that makes me cringe is the hamstering and shaming that goes on. Some men are sincerely insecure and that's their main reason for shaming high n count women, but they don't admit it.

Not sure what you expected. For her to describe him as "Chadly"? Would that reaffirm you more? Cute means anything at minimum above average. To me it means a guy with softer facial features and boyish-like mannerisms, regardless of whether they're tall, short, manly, feminine, etc.

30% are genuinely hideous on the inside. I'm not talking about the "losers." I'm talking about the men that show gratification about women killing themselves, being raped, being abused, dying alone. 10% are emotionally attractive to me. The vast majority are in the middle, between bitter but nice and cool but not very relatable.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/22 07:30 PM
1

I think both men and women can be cruel. The wall of studies are picked with a bias against women. I've met women who have been raped, men who have been abused, women who have been cheated on, men who have been used. It goes both ways. It's dependent on the individual.

Right. I'm not surprised that's the percentage. The average income for a person in LA is $50k-$60k. This is the other half of men I know. At the same time, it is certainly a big town thing to know tons of people who make 6 figures.

I think you're underestimating how selfish some people can be. There will be men who hold out for their dream woman and will commit immediately when they meet her, while freely wasting other women's time. There will also be men who hold out for their dream woman, and just commit to whatever is available when they realize they couldn't get her. There's a reason why first wives and forever girlfriends are stereotypes.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/22 06:29 PM

Yes. I'm really surprised some men here get no matches or just really awful matches. Most men I know, whether or not they're attractive or financially well, are able to get dates on OLD. The men talking about how making 6 figures is Chad level as well. That's very bizarre to me. Half the men I know make 6 figures.

Yes. She's insane lol. Shake has gray hair, but I'm referring to the white guy with gray hair who talked about his insecurities with his hair on dates. Not a bad looking guy by any means, but he seems to have a mental hang up over his looks. He didn't find anyone to marry.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/22 05:29 PM

I'm under the assumption that people are on the show because: 1) they want to pull the bandaid off with marriage, so to speak, because they've been commitment phobic this whole time 2) getting engaged to validates them. they are less genuine about actually staying with the person 3) they are insecure about their physical appearance and feel their personality will equate to marriage material 4) they are desperate

It is just as counterintuitive for FDSers to make men work harder than they've ever made men work before as it is for blackpillers/RPers to work less than they've ever worked before. Especially while both are older and with more baggage. Attractive, confident dateable men who are older will know when sex should happen and won't want to jump through hoops. Attractive, kind, generous dateable women will know what courtship looks like.

Casual sex and dual mating strategy would ramp up for men. Men's partner counts would shoot up. Tons of men nowadays want to sleep around for fun, validation, and sexual satisfaction, but can't because it's a lot of work and a lot of dumpster diving. Prostitution would go under. There will always be the number of men who only want relationships regardless of their options, though.

OP sounds emotionally retarded, and his girlfriend sounds entitled. He WAS testing her, and him denying it is awkward because it's obvious. He also did it at the wrong time. It's seems like a bait and switch because he is doing it the same time they go exclusive. It's a dealbreaker to me if someone treats me out at first to obtain me, and stops it entirely. Sounds like he got to bang someone model material in that time, but she also comes with the price tag.

It's a sliding scale on both ends of the spectrum. It's not like men are video game characters where I can add +10 points to wealth and +2 points to cleanliness. In my experience, laziness comes with laziness. My current boyfriend makes more than me and enjoys cleaning too, so he contributes both ways. I've had to clean AND split money on a everything along with dates with a partner in the past.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/22 06:01 PM

Sure, I do agree that +40 year old men don't just get off that easy. Realistically, men have to be young or work really hard to be rich and attractive to obtain commitment from a 20 something year old. Men have a lot more time before it starts to get weird to others though, compared to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 10:40 PM

Is she RPW?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 09:45 PM

This sounds like a toxic way to view things. It's a two way street. The right woman can bring children, emotional support, companionship, sex, joy, financial support, and more. I think it's easier to view the other gender as lesser to feel less inferior themselves. Some forever girlfriends I know in real life look better than their boyfriend, though I do agree with the warning signs.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 09:35 PM

Does your girlfriend know you view her as inferior and childlike? Or is she NoT lIkE oThEr WoMeN.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/22 09:27 PM

But why do men get the rest of their life to age without flack? Why do they get to marry at 40, 50, 60, while women only have 10 years to of date. And that leads with the assumption that men are always the marriage oriented, faithful one. What happens if a woman gets cheated on or becomes a forever girlfriend? What if she's simply focused on her career and can't date until she's in her late 20s? And is it worth it to do all that for someone who describes her as having "fading looks"? That is a L…

I read an article a while ago that claimed age-shaming has been the new fat-shaming for a while now. Of course looking youthful, healthy, and fit will always be attractive, but it's unfortunate that people feel the need to shame women simply for being over 30 years old. A former Miss USA killed herself after turning 30 years old, and had an obsession with the idea that she would lose value because she was no longer "young." The sad part is that 99% of people can be skinny if they tried, but no o…

Narcissistic people are fascinating. Often good at garnering attention, presenting charisma, always having some sort of cool story or thing going on in their life, generally outgoing since they feed off of other people's validation and commitment. Narcissistic people tend to be vain too, which means they are more likely to take care of their looks. People who are more assured, healthy will be able to look behind the cracks better. The attraction of narcissism does not last long.

You will get the same answers on PPD, as /u/John_Oakman noted, most women here already make their own money or just don't care about it that much and are already married. From my observation, money is a multiplier for most women. A cute guy that makes money with a good background will spin a lot of women's heads. However 0 attraction x millions of dollars is still 0. There is that 10-20% of women that think money compensates for physical attraction entirely, but these women veer into sugar baby …

Sure, but types are so incredibly subjective. There is a mean rating, and that's probably closest to objective. None of us are talent agents or model scouts, to my knowledge. JGL is basically male Emma Watson. People either love the look or find them incredibly bland.

You are obsessed with West Elm Caleb because these ratings make you feel personally inadequate, because you see him as "above" you. People have different types. Not many of the PPD ladies come off like the artsy hipster ditsy type that he attracts. If he was a Chad, he would have at minimum been able to find a Stacy-lite to date. I get that men dumpster dive, but he took them out on fully fledged dates. He isn't bad but he isn't THAT hot, and you guys won't accept that answer.

It's not about vulnerability though. It's a victim mentality. That's completely different. I have good stories and bad stories, stories about men and stories about women. Reddit keeps breaking down. Anyway, I applied to a SWE role for Reddit a while ago and half of the questions about demographics were about my gender, sex, and sexual orientation. It's no wonder. They're prioritizing people who consider themselves a xe/xir instead of a good programmer.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/22 06:50 PM

I'll be the devils advocate. If your partner is not "the one" and if you question marrying him, I'd do it. I went through a phase after a breakup. I think a couple more years of it would have turned me jaded because it did shine a poor light, but the right amount of time gave me no regrets and no STDs. I'm also sort of a one-and-done kind of person, so if you're not like that, don't do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/22 06:39 PM

To be fair, it's in part because red pillers vaguely define themselves however they like. I wrote a thread asking about the benefits of red pill men, and got a lot of answers from red pillers defining each other as HVM, fit and rich men, covert successful men.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/22 06:01 PM

I agree. Her makeup is over the top. Almost pornographic. I think most men like enough makeup to highlight features, but not so much that it hides what she actually looks like. She's turning off the crowd of men that also prefer no makeup at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/22 05:47 AM

Ethnic looking men are closer to my type than a stereotypical blond hair, blue eyes, though I can appreciate both. I also like a youthful boy-next-door more than a striking masculine look, but again, I appreciate both. I'm going to ask for a rating for him in the next daily thread.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/22 10:53 PM

Of course. I'm simply debating against him being average. An above average looking millionaire or billionaire is faaaaaaaar more in SMV and RMV than a below average one.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/22 10:44 PM

With his height in mind, I think he's somewhere between a 7-7.5/10. He was able to date models before and after a stint in prison. To say that he's average looking is crazy. Of course the money, status, and bad-boy appeal adds to it too.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/22 10:39 PM

I like boyish. My boyfriend is like that too. It's petty, but I prefer brunette or black hair. I also saw him in a movie lately and couldn't stop appreciating his face. Makes sense the girl in the original post is attached to Cole because she saw him in a show. Beyond that, Dylan looks the same to me. I don't think it's a wild idea. There's definitely boyish attractive men and masculine attractive men. Both are going to be equally attractive in my eyes. Sort of the difference between Amanda Seyf…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/22 10:05 PM

Cole Sprouse is fine as fuck. He's not a male model, but my ideal for both FWB and LTR is closer to someone with a down to earth face, nice build, nice smile, dark features, etc. He's objectively an 8/10, but a subjective 9.9/10 nothing to change. Of course there are different variations of ideals too.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/22 09:35 PM

For context my GF and I have been together for 1 1/2 years now. She is completely obsessed with Cole Sprouse. At first it used to be just a simple crush she would make comments when watching Riverdale. But over the past few months it has turned into a borderline obsession. She has hundreds of pictures of him on her phone. She posts pictures of him on her Instagram, follows fan pages, and tweets about how him/at him. Cole is pretty much the comeplete opposite of me. “Objectively inferior” is a sometimes a boogeyman. Let me ask if you would date a girl you rated a 4-5/10? Your scale is as harsh as mine, so let’s assume we are envisioning the same woman. If someone loves their partner, they’ll see every decent aspect as a positive one. At minimum, they will think he has a handsome face and is charming, even if he is unattractive to other women.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/22 06:14 AM
2

Woman’s attraction can be incredibly emotional. A man I would rate as a 6/10 and another guy I’d rate as a 9/10 guy can be equally attractive to me subjectively after I’ve gotten to know them because of how I feel. I’m sure you’ve heard this before. I think the black pill method is to look at the raw facts in fear. Not every woman engages in casual sex like that. Maybe you just think that the women here were “fortunate” because the women here respect their partners enough to talk them up.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/22 05:38 AM
3

The ideal situation is that a couple who is married think they are the most subjectively attractive person they’ve ever been with. This is what is most common. Some people settle. It doesn’t come across that any of the women here are in their minds, so it makes sense that they think their partner is attractive and most men aren’t.

I guess part of what makes me question it is that if she were truly secure and confident, she would have just put her foot down during the argument instead of being sad and leaving. I’ve had men here tell me (without me providing much context) that my boyfriend doesn’t love me and will never commit to me because I’m a concubine. I just tell them they’re a moron and call it a day, because I don’t have concerns over that.

And he probably does this all without constantly having vicious thoughts in his head. Sure, the furthest end of blue pillers have some level of naïveté to them. But when a man meets in the middle, there aren’t any thoughts about whether he’s inadequate, manly enough, whether she’ll cheat or divorce rape him, etc.

Bisexuality is real. I’ve also noticed some people taking it on because it’s trendy though. A lot of girls call themselves bicurious, which is code word for “I would never want to touch a vagina, but men think it’s sexy for me to like women.”

Went shopping aiming for shoes and makeup, and came home with a crockpot instead. I’m accidentally domesticating myself. 😔 Sorry for letting down those who suggested the instapot. The friend I was with told me some scary story about someone dying from an instapot exploding on them, so I was convinced. Also the crockpot was so much cheaper.

Has anyone noticed this tactic? Sometimes trashy, low RMV Chads seem to commit to pickme Beckys. Sometimes I’ll have a fling with someone, but don’t sleep with them because I don’t like their attitude and we lack chemistry. I find out that they have 1-3 fuckbuddies that same time, drop them. Not surprising because some of them were as hot as the dudes in Singles Inferno. Then a few months later, they’ll commit to one of the least attractive ones. Likely because she put up with all his bullshit. …

I don’t support student loan forgiveness as I am fiscally conservative, and I think university is a luxury. I was raised a lot more poor than you though and had to pay tens of thousands in loans. I had a financial aid package too which relieved over half of it, but that still means I have to take loans out for things like housing, food, and insurance. The variables include parents income bracket, school, cost of living/city, scholarships, etc.

I don’t know if his preference was chubby chicks. I do think what you can generally obtain is your league though. If it’s a pump and dump, not too crazy he dumpster dived. I wouldn’t say I have the equivalent to golden pussy syndrome, as I treat everybody around me pretty well. However, I wrote a (now deleted) post on a woman’s only looksmaxing subreddit a while ago about the treatment I received, and all the ladies described it as the life of a famous person. I’m not even close to stunning, but…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 05:37 PM

If anything, by your logic, wouldn’t he be below my league because he dumpster dived? Wouldn’t he be below my league because I rejected his invitation in person? It’s not that cut and dry. I’m allowed to approach people if I’m curious too. My implication is that he probably goes for a lot of different chicks, so he gets easily validated. He’s probably also not the type to want to try very hard. I’m more effort than just a dance. What is with this negging?

Yeah. I like giving the same energy back on dating apps, but some of the men were just like pulling teeth. I still got dates from it, but Hinge was soooo much better so I just hopped off it. It means you have a main contact in the club to let you in and get you in a table for free. The promoters get money for bringing women in, so some promoters try to get as many women as possible.

There’s the distinction between a fetish (yellow fever) and a preference (leaning towards Asians). Having a preference can still allow you to have nuances in what you like. A racial fetish is when you’re just down bad for most of them.

Re: New article finds that apps like Bumble have women feeling dismissed and dejected I agree with this. Nothing wrong with a guy being able to reject women, but when I used Bumble, too many had golden penis syndrome. I’d say the other ones are top 10%, while she is top 0.1%. I probably see Asian women that beautiful once every year. If you watch the show, 5/6 of the dudes simp for her at some point. I don’t think you should hate yourself or blame women. Both sound unhealthy and don’t reach your goal. No idea what you look like, but have you tried ramping up your social life? A lot of guys I know who are normal, go to the gym, and make 6 figures who have trouble with women are either hypergamous, just don’t have charm, or both. We can assume you’re not hypergamous if you’re getting rejected by women who are chubby.

I always get flack for saying this, but I believe red pill is a result of Stacy chasing. I only came across this realization because all the red pill men I know in real life were Stacy/Stacy-lite chasers until they settled for a girl who looked nothing like what they spent years thirsting on. :/

I will be the devils advocate and say that I don't think it's necessarily good advice. Someone related it to jobs. You will be unemployed forever if all you have on your resume is a high school degree, no connections, and basic skills, and only apply to 6 figure positions at the best companies. You need signs of interest and things to offer that person.

Idk his face just looked disproportionate. I guess just imagine 2005 Danny Trejo without the moustache on a 6’ tall muscular guy, but in a college student. I looked up West Elm Caleb again and I guess it depends on which girls you’re talking about. He is anywhere between a 6/10-7/10 based on the picture. The girls he went on dates with were anywhere between a 5.5-6.5/10. There are a few that are obviously below his league, but some it’s roughly equal. Hard to tell.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/22 12:47 AM

No he was like 22 and looked 40-something. He was good with 18-22 year old women. I agree with you that he doesn’t need every trait, just particular ones. I guess if I had to rate, his body was an 8/10 and his face was a 4/10. So some women don’t care about face that much. Yeah I asked because of the West Elm Caleb story. The women he pulled were in his league, but he just pulled a lot of them. Not sure if there are a lot of people like George Costanza running around.

He looked late-40s in the face with very exaggerated facial features. I showed my boyfriend a while ago and he agreed. Not ugly, but not the face of what I think a lady killer would look like. I can’t speak to NYC, hence my question. I would assume the girls are fighting for men that would meet the bare minimum of what they’d consider stable and attractive. Not necessarily the weird looking dude living with his mom working as a sandwich artist in Subway.

Who says Joseph Gordon Levitt is average? I’ve only seen men claim that.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 11:23 PM

I’ve heard that from girls who lived in NYC. My friend showed me her ex who had slept with numerous friends before they dated, and he was tall and muscular, but his face was not it. I also dove into reading the red pill subreddit discussing dating and locations. The men there seemed to have described LA girls as more hypergamous than NYC girls, even though there are tons of hot women in both cities.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 11:19 PM

I guess the broader problem is lack of self awareness, but shooting up is the main problem I can think of.

Hypergamy. Chad/Chad-lite chasing and Stacy/Stacy-lite chasing. Lack of effort, as well.

How’s dating in NYC? I’ve heard the female to male ratio is bad, so it influences things a bit. I’ve heard even the ugly guys with good social skills get women fighting over them.

The second comment would apply to most of us though
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 08:54 PM

Agree 100%. My whole point is that there are men who act like once they’re old, they can leverage money and status, when in reality, these men are still competing with young, hot men who have gold cards and black cards. And yes, when I was younger, the friends I had who were willing to date older men would go up to 35 years old if he was wealthy.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 08:07 PM

Never, but I don’t make as much as he did and I am also a woman. I’ve offered to pay for my own, and he’ll profusely say no. These questions don’t work the same way. I am starting to think you are the insecure one.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 08:03 PM

Sounds like a neg. It’s not a wild idea to enjoy blowing money every now and then to make your life a little more fun.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 07:48 PM

Beta provider implies that money and stability was all he had to offer. He’s cute and charming on his own. He was an Asian former frat boy, so him wanting to pay for everything is tied to the idea that women need to be taken care of.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 07:35 PM

A while back, I hesitated on going out with one of my friends since the club she wanted to go to was far and it was already almost 11PM. I expressed this to her, and the guy she was dating sent me money for my Uber. Got there, he had a VIP table. Went out to dinner the next day and he picked up the tab for me and obviously the girl he’s dating. He wasn’t 45 years old. He was a cute 24 year old investment banker, younger than the both of us. Y’all keep acting like older men can compensate on thei…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 07:27 PM

You’ve never been to Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York and hung out with UMC young people. It’s a pretty straightforward concept.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 07:21 PM

Not a ton. They are common where I live though.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 07:15 PM

Well I do agree they exist. Hypergamous people of both genders exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 07:14 PM

Yes. This is why I prefaced what hot, young women experience. Any woman who is cute satisfied living in a small town won’t be looking for older men who are rich anyway. Those women are marrying their high school sweethearts.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 06:58 PM

This isn’t delusion. This is real life. You’re the one always ranting about things that imply you don’t touch grass.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 06:48 PM

Thank you, stranger. :)
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 06:19 PM

I hope you don’t project these feelings onto your girlfriend. I would agree that youthful features and generally attractive appearance reel men in, but most men don’t think the way you’ve suggested beyond that. It’s too transactional and cold hearted.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 06:16 PM

Most young hot women aren’t always dating for money, and if they are, there are men 22-31 with money. Red pillers are naive if they think that they can compete with that. You realize that I encountered not just young men, but hot, young men, who made anywhere between $150k-$300k a year, right? There’s such a thing as old money too, and I’ve met guys who had mansions because of their parents. If we’re talking about purely casual, it’s obvious who I’m picking unless the old dude has a yacht. And e…

I’m in a relationship now and am still vetting. We’re nearing our timeline for getting engaged.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 05:57 PM

The obvious angle that people date for love, and men date for women with personalities, humor, intelligence, and a growing experience with her instead of the very reductionist ideas of women only being attractive for youthful features and fertility.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 05:55 PM

I think your previous comment was accurate in depicting attraction in another sense, just like you admit mine is. There’s a lot of angles of attraction that we can confront, but red pill conveniently chooses the angle that benefits their ego and babies them. This is the point I’m getting at.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 05:36 PM

How convenient is it that you’ve left out incredibly mainstream studies that show that women are typically attracted to similar aged men, and the relationships that succeed the most are between men only a few years older than their partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 05:18 PM

Homeboy is the equivalent of a man who tries to grind on a chick two more times at a club while she attempts to walk away.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 05:16 PM

Red pill calls women children, but the ideologies behind red pill are meant to baby men. “Oh don’t worry baby, you’ll age just like wine while that mean hot lady will die alone old and ugly.”
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 05:01 PM

I watched the full thing. It’s on YouTube. They were speechless. They tried going back to their typical responses, and it didn’t work, so they just mumble and yell a lot and tried to frame it as she’s “emotional” even though they were equally as loud as her. All of the typical points they make are a loaded topic. It does apply to her, but it applies to them too, which they never really understand. You may argue that men don’t lose value, but the only place people resoundingly agree with that is …
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 04:58 PM

🤔🤔🤔🤔
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 04:45 PM

It sounds like you don’t know what their MO is. She left them speechless because she took the script out from under them. They all usually start going off with: you’re losing value, you’re not special, there are millions of hot bitches out there, etc. They’re low IQ, narcissistic, high clout men pandering by to low IQ, low clout men.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 04:42 PM

They invite her on because they assume she’s the typical trashy, undereducated hot bimbo they usually have, and they can therefor tell off with no problem. It’s good she’s not. I hope more girls can spin their chair that same way.

I agree with your run on sentence. When men accrue a high partner count AND a fuckboy attitude, their subjective RMV drops for others.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 06:31 AM

Sure. I don’t think it’s common relative to the United States. It is statistically above average in every way. It can be a weekly occurrence to meet people who are 6/6/6 if you live in certain cities and have a certain circle of friends, so it can be “common” in that sense. This isn’t meant to talk down about men who aren’t 6/6/6. I’m in the center about this topic, but I’ll admit the bias I have from living in California. Some men frame a 6/6/6 as the sophisticated, elite. Some women frame them…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 02:05 AM

Too fucking chicken to show us his face.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 01:54 AM

To your first paragraph, I agree with you. I don’t think it’s okay when FDS women talk about men like they are inferior unless they are 6/6/6. Yeah. I think a good looking enough guy can hook up with Instagram models, cute lawyers/doctors, professional cheerleaders and dancers, and more if his SMV is at minimum around the level of hers. The distinction is that the man typically has to put in the effort at first for his looksmatch.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 01:44 AM

But she is a woman who represents part of a whole. If multiple people would like to date her, you could assume there are many men in the world who view women as more than just a human incubator.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 01:19 AM

Because of course that means I'm hideously ugly and none of them would really want to date me. Well, no. It means you’re lying, obviously.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 01:16 AM

You think women and men are distinct and only with each other because of the superpowers they hold? This sounds very autistic. I would love it if artificial wombs were efficient, reliable, and affordable. There would be a lot of benefits to that over becoming pregnant.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 01:14 AM

Wait what? Why would that terrify women? Make human life without ruining your body, decreasing your life expectancy, and putting your body on pause for a year? That sounds really great.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 01:04 AM

No. I know I’m susceptible to putting people down as are most people here since it’s a heated place, but I really only get enticed to push back when someone is personally putting me down, being condescending, or boasting about immoral behavior. There’s no real reason for me to come in here and bully men. I get that some women do it or come across like they’re doing it, but there’s a distinction between “you guys are all short and poor compared to men I date” and “6/6/6 can be common in certain c…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 12:56 AM

That’s so true. I think people just enjoy being angry sometimes. I do have people getting frustrated at me when I claim that short men can still get laid and still be sexy. I once saw a man say “you must be ugly” to a woman who stated she preferred short men. That was ridiculous.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 12:19 AM

Not a confrontational context. If I remember, I think my argument was that 6/6/6s are common in places like Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Francisco. I think some men genuinely will get angry at it because it makes them feel inferior. I would put you in this category as you got really jelly when you learned that and I had a bad impression of you at first, though you’re not on the end of men that practically give me a death threat over it and that negative impression is gone.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/22 12:05 AM

No. The average woman is 5’4. It just feels inconvenient if the man is too tall. Also, the way weight is distributed when you’re too short or too tall is tricky to manage. If he is too tall and skinny, he will look like slenderman. If he is too tall and too chubby, he will look like young Santa Claus or an ogre.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/22 11:30 PM

There’s a disparity in the amount of non blackpillers and blackpillers for sure. I think it’s gotten worse overtime. This subreddit is definitely not for the weak hearted. Every time I mention that I have dated people who are 6/6/6, without fail, a dude comes out of the woodwork to tell me that I’m a disgusting, useless whore who should get raped. They say it in a way that skirts the rules. The mental health in this subreddit is lacking.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/22 11:06 PM

I actually agree with this. I’ve noticed that some people are very trigger happy with the block button, as I’ve seen people here threaten to block others even just over a disagreement within a debate. Nothing personal. The only person I have blocked right now is pussyeatingmaniac.

This would be reasonable advice if they themselves weren't an entire subreddit devoted to projecting their bad experiences and bitterness onto men. Also, if you read the post, it seems like their definition of "loser" is a lot more broad than that, which makes their standards strict.

To add to FDSer's ridiculous standards, they encourage you to not date former losers. This includes men who were bullied, missed out on chances, late bloomers. I understand the sentiment and I would also advocate not dating someone with FOMO as that's a recipe for disaster, but someone can have lived a certain past and not want to compensate for it. Okay sure. I’m glad your marriage operates in a way that is comfortable for you. I just don’t think traditional relationships where the man always leads should be viewed as bad. I’m a proponent of it, because I’ve seen it really fulfill other women. I’ve also seen women who would otherwise operate better in a traditional relationship, have to take the leadership role instead because of the person they ended up dating, and that can breed resentment for both members.

You can know your own mind and be the one “led” by your partner. The assumption that one wouldn’t is coming from no where. Women aren’t children, and you’re the one implying this. You specified the traditional relationship being “pathetic” which is why I note toxic femininity. It’s feminism meant to degrade traditional relationships, which can operate just fine if both partners are getting what they’re looking for.

Sounds like toxic femininity…

No. I think that each relationship should work how both people want it to work. I can see the appeal of a relationship in which the woman is submissive to the man though. Some men like easygoing women who tend to the man’s needs, and some women like men who are providers who have decisive power. It’s not a super crazy concept.

I’m still shocked that Elizabeth Holmes is dating a younger, decent looking guy who is a millionaire. I would think that most men wouldn’t want to date a nationally known criminal. That isn’t that bad. It just seems like an exaggerated way of saying that the woman is submissive to the husband, and that’s just a typical traditional relationship. A lot of men in that thread are answering that the woman has to be one of the most attractive women they can obtain. This seems like something the red pillers in real life I know acted like before they gave up entirely on chasing Stacy.

/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/22 08:30 PM

Yes, there is a possibility that she’ll be interested. The reality though is that if she is hot, fit, and young, she has options to choose from. I’d suggest he ask her out if she’s showing hints, but recalibrate his expectations if he continues to get rejected. The other reality is that he proceeds to get rejected, which ruins his ambition to ask women out at all.

Ah Jubilee is one of my many guilty pleasures. I’ve seen the video where the men are behind the curtain. I’m glad that Jubilee made it fair and released one about women. I’ll have to watch this one.

I can see this one being real. I know girls who talk like this when they’re anxious. She’s nuts and disgusting. Some women think they can wrangle a dude for commitment with their pussy. It doesn’t always work that way. It seems like part of her motivation in contacting her and then contacting him back was probably to win him over. She wanted that one girlfriend spot that’s already filled.

Race doesn’t really work that way. She can have a white man or an Asian man. Neither is settling. I’m almost 30 and there’s plenty of single White dudes around me wanting to date.

She was in her mid-20s. That’s hardly the wall. We can also see a picture of her and she’s still cute enough to have options.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/22 05:54 PM

She looks and sounds at most 12 to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/22 07:06 PM

For sure. We both live in the same city, so we’re both seeing the same things. I see it both with men and women. I’m mostly worried about the shift to early 30s.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/22 06:55 PM

So messed up that people were willing to sleep with her. I get the appeal of neotenous features, but this girl looks like a child. I think her best bet is to join a community of people like her, and only date within that. It’s hard because her condition is rare.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/22 06:49 PM

That’s sort of a catfish though. A lot worse than someone who turned out to be rotund. Normal, good men would have trouble dating her and getting past the physical.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/22 06:45 PM

Hope you learn and heal during the process!
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/22 05:58 PM

Yeah, I’d say those ages are when men are looking for something serious the most often, which would align with what age people typically get married. Most women could have a relationship with their equal at that age, so if they don’t it’s some underlying issue to do with lack of self awareness.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/22 05:40 PM

In this case, yes. If he was always willing to be in a relationship, they weren’t in the same league, or she was crazy, or they weren’t compatible. I’d say there’s an age that women are more susceptible to getting fuck-zoned whether or not they’re chasing up, which would be in college and after 35 years old.

Yes. It is a controversial opinion of mine, but I think most relationships succeed if the girl is more “desirable” physically and the man is more financially successful. It works towards gender norms. There are people who don’t like anything close to a traditional relationship, or just have other things to offer, and it may not work for them.

As you noted in the last comment thread, it’s obviously because women are the only ones capable of being hypergamous.

I don’t think it’s okay to gush about another physical trait that your partner doesn’t have in front of your partner. It’s also not okay to talk about how people of this physical trait are always giving them attention. He’s inadvertently putting her down. There’s nothing she can do about his fixation other than surgically modify her own body or leave him. Sure, he’s not saying, “haha you’re a mooblet, big tits are better,” but it’s there.

Oh you’ve got to be kidding me. He’s putting his girlfriend down for it and telling stories about his adventures with big tittied women behind her back. If this post was about OP’s girlfriend calling her friend about a huge dick she fucked, y’all would be discussing it until the next evening.

My boyfriend’s big boobs fetish is ruining my self esteem. An example of how men take what they can get, women take what they want. Both genders need to do a little less of that. Man is not shallow for wanting big boobas in his life, but if he ever married her, they’d be stuck in a relationship where he doesn’t get his fill of sex and she doesn’t get her fill of feeling good about herself.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/22 05:17 PM

Him blaming a whole gender is the first red flag. It’s like the saying goes, “if everywhere you go smells like shit…” He sounds like he’s anal, insecure, and condescending. Bad combination.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/22 05:12 PM

They really do though. It’s perpetuated by the media, but nowadays heavily by women as individuals. I remember when I first experienced it at 19 years old. My friend and I took pictures right before we went out, and the whole time she kept sucking in her stomach every shot, focusing on her pose. The pictures of course ended up with me looking 10 pounds heavier than her when she was in reality 10 pounds heavier than me.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/22 05:07 PM

I think the reasons in which men and women are single are not gender exclusive. Casual sex is a little different since men are willing to fuck a tree stump.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/22 07:05 PM

Yes. I should have rephrased my original point. I think that men insist that women get rejected because they are going above their looksmatch, while men are getting rejected because their looksmatch doesn’t like them back. I guess it’s more a lot of blame on the woman being unpleasant and hypergamous.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/22 06:07 PM

I said “unlucky” to be vague, because there’s many reasons men list other than their own personality. Read in between the lines.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/22 05:57 PM

What? Is it because they’re the bottom 50% in looks? Isn’t that related to luck? Less than 10% of men are too ugly to get casual sex. And even then, they can go to a prostitute.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/22 05:54 PM

How convenient is it that when a woman gets rejected for a relationship, it’s because she’s too ugly for the man. But when a man gets rejected for a relationship or casual sex, it’s because he’s unlucky. The demographics of this subreddit are really showing through.

my dad is trans now This is sad. It’s incredibly selfish to come out this late in life. The dad likely has known his whole life that he has feelings of gender dysmorphia. He’s breaking his family apart just like cheating would do. The other part of it is that he’s doing it at a time where all his features have developed. The most feminine MTF are people who start younger, than commit to it if they really know it’s what they’d want. Otherwise, you’ll look like a man in a wig.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 12:21 AM

Normally I would agree with you. He swiped left on cute girls that I'd swipe right on. Instead, he swiped right on women I wouldn't think others would choose, so it's a matter of particular taste. Not really chasing up.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 12:12 AM

My friend is slowly turning into a Karen and I am not into it. I've talked about her here a little bit, but I've tried to imply to her that she has high standards for men, but she brushes it off. This makes her fail in dating, which in turn makes her unhappy and lonely. She called 9-1-1 on people having a party during the day on Saturday. Of course, the cops just came by and told her to deal with it. I imagined a scenario where someone in actual danger or harm is on the other line, but their cal…

Didn't you talk about how you think women are stupid children? A typical woman of equal looks and career to yours is automatically heavily dating down in RMV if she were to date you. No normal woman wants to date someone who thinks that way.

I can't imagine it will. It's cat fishing. I think that saying he works in "healthcare" is even worse, even though it's the truth. Healthcare is one of those industries that sounds lucrative like finance or tech. If I went on a date with someone who claimed they work in healthcare, I'd probably hope for someone within my income range like a Physician Assistant, but anything between a therapist, a nurse, or a doctor, sounds right. I'd be very turned off that he intentionally tried to hide his job…

I don’t disagree with a lot of what you’re saying. I still think that an incel’s problems are different than a femcel’s, and it’s just harder to empathize with unless someone’s been there. Before when I considered myself a femcel, I got a lot of negative feedback, but every few weeks I’d get catcalled. So I’m sure I could get laid. Back then I did manage to get a boyfriend who was my looksmatch, but he wasn’t very nice and would call me ugly too. I feel bad for women who experience similar or wo…

I think ugly women who have boundaries will take a lot longer to find a partner than an ugly woman without boundaries. But I feel like a lot of people feel like it’s okay to cross an ugly woman’s boundaries. I used to subscribe to foreveralonewomen and femcel places. Some of them are just normal or even attractive women who are just mentalcels. That’s a lot of incel communities too. There’s a lot of femcels that genuinely are on the same level of Precious (the woman in the movie Precious) though…

You know what I mean. An overweight woman with an overweight man, or a below average woman with a below average man. I’m a believer that women get treated worse when they’re dating up, but they also get treated terribly when they’re below a 4/10 even outside of the dating world (but especially so).
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/22 01:39 AM

They’re struggling because men heavily prioritize looks and sometimes associate it with how they treat women. It’s a common stereotype for overweight women to be treated like shit, even if she dates her looksmatch. I’m not saying femcels have it worse, but they have a unique struggle different from an incel.

Femcels exist because they struggle finding someone to love them, not because they can’t get sex.

I’m not sure what you’re implying. I empathize with both Asian men and Black women. I will however throw it out there that some of the black women here, barring from people like /u/LittyKitsune, are aggressive as hell and sometimes come off as self hating. Makes sense since you’ll get people from different races who may be a little strong minded about how they’ve been disadvantaged. Users from subreddits like azn_identity and asianmasculinity for whatever reason don’t hang out here that much, si…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:33 AM

No. The ones that care enough about height would just get off the app and use another or not swipe on men they think look short in images. Also some men kind of cripple others. When I used Tinder, which doesn’t have height filters, a lot of men who were 6’ and over would put their height in their bio.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:22 AM

Can I ask what ethnicity you are?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 12:55 AM

You probably live in SF or PNW? I’ve heard Hinge is pretty bad there.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 12:41 AM

Because a guy who stays up all day to downvote every comment he sees, talks down to women in the most extreme way, is a virgin, continues to make accounts in a community no one likes him in after constantly getting banned, is going to be attractive. I can tell if a woman here will be unattractive too. I just don’t say it because no other woman or man has put me off as much as that.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 12:39 AM

Will they though? Many women have too much pride to pay for an OLD app, especially since there’s other apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 12:08 AM

Bumble got rid of free advanced filters. Just another cripple for them height queens. 😮‍💨
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 12:04 AM

Yeah I feel like that was pretty mean and unnecessary. The guy who posted is decently nice too so it wasn’t really worth.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 12:03 AM

I actually want my future husband’s last name though as well as the ring, so it would be a bad bargain. 😞
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 11:51 PM

Smart guy 😁 In the current thread, I would say the men are a range of the normal population. I don’t think anyone is hideous, but I don’t think anyone hideous would show themselves. Chads are rare.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 11:50 PM

The last picture thread, I posted up. It was meant to be a fun game, but people were assholes. A very normal looking girl posted her picture and she got torn apart. Meanwhile dudes get called Chad, buddy, and King when they post pictures. There’s not much benefit to women posting.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 11:39 PM

Then I agree with /u/evanstown21. Just find a woman who doesn’t want that sort of relationship. The assumption is that only women want the ring and that’s not quite true. My boyfriend’s price range for a diamond ring is $5-10k more than my preferred price range. The pride he may feel if he saw a large ring on the finger of someone he loves is probably synonymous to a man driving places with a luxury car.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 11:32 PM

Easily the Redditor I hate the most and will forever hate the most is SmoothPotato/Errendee/his other accounts. He’s some combination of autistic, sociopathic, and depressed. No empathy at all. I can tell he’s ugly as hell and gives me school shooter vibes.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 11:24 PM

If that happens, we should get rid of the societal expectation to take a man’s last name.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 11:22 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 10:04 PM

Has anyone seen Singles Inferno? I’m tempted to watch it, but not sure if it’s worth.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 09:58 PM

You say you are tempted to settle down, but the real question is, have you met anyone who was exceptional? Your potential need to settle down by 28 or 35 is irrelevant if you haven’t met the right woman. Although if you haven’t yet, I’d encourage you to start at least casually looking now and seriously looking in your early 30s if you’re uncomfortable with +10 year age gaps.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 09:29 PM

I think she’s unaware of how self hating she is. She’ll shit all day on other races including men of her own, and then go crazy when people say anything about black women. Also anyone who calls themselves successful but spends all day putting incels down has gotta be self hating a little bit.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 09:22 PM

Yeah, I agree with your latter comment. I don’t feel sorry for stupidity and selfishness either.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 09:38 AM

It’s definitely possible to get used for sex. I think that some men can’t relate to that because they think that unless it’s rape, sex is always good. This is not how most women think. I’m not the kind of person to get pumped and dumped, but I still feel bad for women (or men) who get used for sex. I feel like if you say that women willingly engage in this behavior of getting used for sex, you should also say that men often willingly engage in getting used for money. I’m sure there are a lot of …

Sigh. Yeah. 😞 I’ve been out with her many times and she’s finessed drinks in front of her boyfriend, which is still not okay, but at least her behavior is honest. I actually think she’s a kind, generous person. I just think she’s jaded about men and about her boyfriend. It also doesn’t help because we had dinner prior to going out and she kept talking about how hopeless she felt with dating.

Yeah. 😞 I’m disappointed in her. When she’s sober or tipsy, she’s still okay finessing guys for drinks. I think she should be aware that the acceptance of a drink equates to showing interest. She probably knows this but doesn’t care. Its also so dumb because the bartender kept giving us free drinks, so we had a reliable source that neither of us had to flirt towards.
