Very short. about 5'0" barefoot. I try to wear shoes with big soles like boots or lugz to pick me up to about 5'3" but even then I am still the shortest in the room.

That definitely seems like a more calm bar/lounge atmosphere as opposed to a nightclub where people are dancing. I am sure the same principles apply though. So I guess I would dance up to someone, say something, then dance off?

Yeah, reading this really nails it home for me that I still got plenty to learn which is exciting. Is there a go to example for the "approach, disqualify, DHV" thing as far as nightclubs go?

I go to clubs fairly often but yet to find a good way to transition into grinding. Any advice? Oftentimes I end up in like a "square" or "circle" with all people facing each other and dancing.

hmm... I don't think I am nearly good enough to woo a woman away from her husband and boyfriend of such a long time. I completely agree that she misses being chased but I get the feeling I am in the position more of a trophy polisher and she is the trophy. I see it more as a lap dog or something.

haha I can see how that might seem negative. Mine are nothing like that and I don't tuck my jeans into them either so you really only see the bottom of the boot.

They are a pretty attractive group. Oftentimes when we are dancing we get approached by men and have never been approached by a group or even a solo girl. As for the boots, I was born and raised in Texas so they are welded to my feet. =/

I am not even sure how that how process of a girl winging works. Do I approach? Does she approach? How does that work? And how do I go about saying "Hey guys since we are out here to hang out and have fun, I want you to try and help me meet some nice girls."

I have always kinda "known" how to dance. Personally I don't think I am a good dancer but I am not afraid to go out there and "dance". Just find the beat and rock to it. Pick a body part and move it with the beat and the switch body parts, combo body parts or just be silly. As for these friends, they are coworkers from my new job. Through hanging out outside of work we have formed a small group of younger people who love going out and having fun. And for the boots, yeah I won't stop wearing them…
