Okay here's a genuine question that I find very interesting: why do women want diversity of appearance? What's in it for them? I can see why men want free speech. Yeah my experience in academia was very similar to what you describe. I recall it seemed like a lot of the women had it out for me. Purposefully interrupting me and in various ways trying to sabotage my participation in class. It was wayyy toxic. That's why I'm not going into academia although I love learning.
