Yes, you really just stay attractive for your age and offer more than looks. I’m the mother to my husband’s four children. I take care of him and the entire family. I support his career, encourage him to pursue the things he enjoys, and try to be the best wife and mom I can. And yes, I keep myself slim, keep my hair and skin looking nice, dress in flattering and stylish clothing, and stay as healthy as possible. That’s all any woman can do. Aging is not something to fear. Start building a family…

Hmm I don’t agree with some comments here. Married almost 8 years and expecting our fourth child with my husband. I’m a SAHM and we live comfortably. But when he and I first got together, the job market for his profession was bad. I was the breadwinner for a few years. I had a great job and paid for vacations, paid off some of his debt, built up our savings, we lived frugally, etc. Once we had our first child, I quit working and immediately after that, he started a high paying job (he was dilige…

I’m sorry you feel you’re surrounded by unhappy marriages. I have seen a few of those but most of my friends are married and happily so. They are amazing women married to amazing men. My social circle is pretty much exclusively Christian married couples and their children (since we are in the throes of having and raising babies). Our families get together and the kids play, we eat and have fun, etc. I see many loving and happy families, with structure and love and all the things families should …

I have heard that statistic about single men before and it is extremely alarming! As a Christian, I think churches should really do more to step up and help create Godly marriages for our society. Most of us are not meant to be alone, nor wait until we are older to finally have a relationship. I hope there is some kind of shift in society that corrects this issue. The fact that more women are in college than men (and yet those women will insist on marrying someone at their education level or hig…

I agree that sometimes you’re right, that’s the case. Husbands and wives should not neglect the needs of their spouse. We make our marriage, our health, and intimacy a priority, even as I’m pregnant with our fourth child. Of course we go through different seasons in life, but we always try our best to make our marriage the best we can. It could be the situation that initially leads men there. But unfortunately the world today has changed and porn has become a much larger issue, and there need to…

I disagree that men only get into porn because they are lacking in something. Porn is HIGHLY addictive to men. Some studies show it activates similar parts of the brain as heroin does. It is a billion dollar industry that is designed to prey on men based on their most their most primitive and biological urges. Most people are exposed to pornography before they even turn 18. Today, children and teenage boys are addicted to porn in numbers we have never seen before. Literal children, like 9 and 10…

I just read that he supposedly quit watching it. I would double check that because it is very hard to quit. If he has quit, sounds like he’s still being affected by it. He may also need therapy and you too. This is deeply painful for many women to experience, it’s a violation of trust and some consider it cheating.

RPW approach did not cause this, his porn addiction did. Porn is harmful and destructive to men, women, marriages, families, and societies as a whole. It fuels the sex trafficking industry, and preys on vulnerable women and children. It is toxic and evil, and any self-respecting family man would not be watching it. I would definitely tell him to cut out the porn use. It’s causing his mind to rot, and regular porn use and addiction can lead to even more depraved desires, like child sex abuse mate…

I would focus on helping him find another job, and see if things improve after he is gainfully employed again. Also, be romantic to him first, then he may be romantic in return. Most men aren’t really thinking about romancing women all the time, but tell him you want that and maybe give specific examples. And romance can look different to men. I have learned the ways that my husband expresses love for me, and now I can appreciate them so much more in the moment.

Oh I hope no one compares their relationship to mine! It’s not my intention. Also, every marriage goes through hard times. We had a tough year last year when my husband was dealing with an extremely difficult situation at work for months on end and needed to change jobs… I was doing it all on my own with sick kids, being exhausted, etc. Things are MUCH better now, but sometimes marriage requires one spouse to step up for a time. I definitely agree with communicating with him. Tell him it would m…

Yeah that’s always the hardest 😕 not everyone can take off work easily. Usually when the kids and I are sick, I rough it out at home for a few days, but my husband will help by picking up takeout/premade meals, helping more with cleaning, etc. He helps administer meds and other stuff when he’s home too. And he tries to come home early when he can. I did have him stay home from work one morning when I had severe mastitis and I couldn’t even move until I got medication into my body. But for pretty…

His comments and openly lusting after other women is a concern for me. I know several guys with amazing wives but they’re addicted to looking at IG models and it has turned into porn addiction. I would be careful. I know my husband sees attractive women around him, I’m no fool. However, he never makes comments about it to me. Sometimes being from a different culture can be difficult because other cultures don’t view women with the same respect and values. The fact that he’s commenting on other w…

I’m sorry you’re dealing with these feelings. I would not ask my husband if he felt attracted to anyone. I am sure he has. He is surrounded by single, young women a lot of the time. It’s okay. I work hard to stay attractive myself, and he knows he’s coming home to a wife that loves and cares for him and our children. I also occasionally find a guy attractive, though I could never imagine actually being intimate with anyone except my husband at this point. He’s the only one I want. Many husbands …

Unfortunately if he isn’t ready, I don’t know if there is much you can do to rush it. I feel for you because I had baby fever young and thankfully my husband agreed to start trying for kids a few months after we got married (I was 24). Do you have any couple friends who have kids? Maybe hang around them sometime, so they can see that life after kids is great. We have three kids and I’m expecting our fourth at age 31. We go to breweries during the day (many of them are kid friendly with play area…

Well I married one. And he’s basically the best husband I could have imagined. Highly recommend them. Athletic nerdy men tend to like athletic/fit women who are also smart. We still workout together, we like to kick the soccer ball, go on walks and hikes with our kids, etc. I also watch him play video games, watch LOTR movies, etc. He’s always telling me about a new book he’s reading and we have long conversations about them, including history, politics, etc. I helped him study for the bar exam …

Your husband needs to be spending more time with his kids. A good man wants to spend time with his children, play with them, read to them, etc. I have three kids and it can easily burn you out if you get no time to rest. He really needs to be doing more. Maybe mention to him that your oldest is getting older, has such a fun/sweet personality, and you’d love it if they spent more quality time together. Kids need their dads. Hopefully he realizes this soon because these adorable younger years will…

We were in the same boat, I also homeschool and sometimes things are crazy. But we went ahead and decided to go for four. Now I’m due in June 2024, my older three kids will be 6, almost 5, and 2. It’s gonna be crazy but it’s what we knew we wanted deep down!

It was one of my biggest life regrets that I didn’t save myself for marriage. Personally for me, it has caused me psychological and emotional harm to think I gave a part of myself away to a man that wasn’t my husband. Our marriage is amazing now, but I still wish I could go back and change it. I will do my best to teach my kids to save themselves for their future spouses.

Some men care and some men don’t. And the same with their families.. some of the families will care even if the men don’t. Be prepared to make a good impression. Don’t dress in revealing clothing. Ask them questions, be polite, have an upbeat attitude, etc. It would be great if you had some productive hobbies or interests, like sewing, crafts, home decorating, cooking, baking, exercise, etc. It’s great that you’re in med school! You definitely can talk about that, especially if they’re doctors. …

Also, I was 22 when we started dating (so I brought youth & fertility), and had graduated college and had a great job as an accountant (I brought education & income). I know a lot of men say they don’t care about a woman’s career, but my husband is a well-educated high earner (actually running for local political office now) and I can definitely hold my own in conversation and at his work / social events. I think a lot of men do value intelligence in women, especially if they are an academic, we…

I am so glad my husband never asked me this before we got married. As we got to know each other, we both could see the value in each other without needing to ask direct questions like this. It was clear after a month or two of spending time together (without dating anyone else on the side obviously), that he was an ambitious family man working his way up in the world, and I had the domestic skills and desire to raise children and be a good wife to him. I cooked meals for him, helped him clean hi…

You’re not boring… I would just go back to the basics.. be feminine, sweet, a good listener, and nice to be around. You don’t need to stop curling your hair or wearing skirts. Definitely wear dresses and skirts! Not only are they comfy and cute, but guys like them too. Just don’t dress super revealing, or you may attract a guy only looking for a hook up. Be yourself.. If you’re having all these anxious thoughts, you may be appearing self-conscious and giving off nervous energy to your dates. Jus…

Track your calories. Eat in a calorie deficit. Unfortunately short people have to eat less calories than taller people if they want to lose weight. If you exercise regularly and get off birth control, it would help a ton too. Look up volume eating - it helps me feel more full while I’m cutting calories.

There are a lot of feminine and lovely instagram accounts that give me inspiration! They aren’t explicitly red pill because I don’t think many women know or want to label themselves that way. But they give useful tips and make beautiful content! I love FiveFootFeminine, Eva Vlaar, _cynthialoewen, a.homemakers.manifesto, Evie Magazine, champagneandchanel, dressedingrace, Dede Raad, and actually Gisele Bunchen makes nice content too. Basically any girly & pretty mom/wife lifestyle influencer will …

I’m concerned about what he’s saying to the kids. I would reassure them that this make up style can’t be worn all the time, the vast majority of women aren’t out here heavily contouring their faces. It’s actually in style now to do light make up and be fresh faced. Maybe tell your husband that too. After all, you are a woman and you have lived experience that they don’t. I would have a chat with hubby for sure too. A girl wearing too much make up isn’t something they need to be worried about or …

I also agree with this. I try to say yes to my husband as much as possible, and he to me. Some weeks it’s every day or every other day. Some weeks it’s only once or twice. It also helps that we have a good marriage and sex life. If you’re in an abusive situation, that’s totally different. But I have a good man and I like to give him what he wants. I also try to initiate often too. And give him lots of hugs, kisses, and affection. I still look at him and feel so in love. I just really admire who …

I got married at 24 and I thought it was a perfect age! Anywhere between 21-25 is good. For guys, I’d say between 22-28 is good. Though I know people who were married earlier and later than those ages and they have built great families too!

My husband wants me to be a stay at home mom forever. Unless I want to go back. I personally love it. It’s very busy - anyone who thinks SAHMs are lazy hasn’t done it. I am also homeschooling our oldest. I manage the household too, and it’s a lot of work. But I get to be with my kids all the time, my husband is less stressed, and I have energy for sex and exercise and cooking homemade meals. If I go back, it would be when they’re older and I’d prefer to work part time like 15-30 hours a week max…

Sounds like you’re just around the wrong type of guy. My husband is an attorney, my father in law is a doctor, my brother is working on becoming a doctor, and I have other doctors, lawyers, and surgeons in my family. These men are traditional, Christian, hardworking, married, and family men who provide. I have observed that these men want women who are feminine, kind, can cook and keep a clean home, loves children, polite, positive attitude, is in good physical shape, etc. But outside of that, i…

When you start having kids, you see why doing 50/50 financially becomes hard. Yes, a lot of people do it. But many women naturally are more inclined to do domestic work. Plus, we take on the burden of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and caring for our babies and kids. Studies show kids do better when they’re at home with their mom from birth to age three. And kids don’t stop needing you once they’re older. They have activities, homework, get sick, etc. Not to mention if you’re homeschooling, which is …

He doesn’t have to be “wealthy.” He can have a good and stable job and be a mature, marriage minded man. I know several who are handsome, smart, funny, and want to start families! Ages 28-35. It’s crazy how some of them are single, but they say they can’t find many attractive women with traditional values. Or at least women who age not overweight/obese, which is a dealbreaker for a lot of them. 26 is definitely not old to them; actually most would rather have a woman within five years of their a…

And STOP reading Red Pill manosphere stuff. That is not helpful to women; it’s a lot of hurt men who are expressing their upset feeling. I know lots of amazing traditionally minded guys who your age would be perfect for. There are lots of men in their early to mid 30s who are established and wanting to find a good woman and have kids. You just need to be emotionally/mentally good after your breakup.

You are only 26, and it’s much better to have gotten out of that relationship before you got married and had kids. Everything will be okay with you. You still have time to find an excellent man and have three or even four kids. I hope you can find a way to heal from this.

Yes it definitely felt natural! Once he started spending the night (which happened before marriage🙈), we were together all the time outside of work. We never wanted to be apart and still don’t. We just started trying for our fourth child. 💗

So yes, he had to cook his own meals when I wasn’t there and if we weren’t hanging out that day. But otherwise, he knew I’d plan the meals and cook when we were hanging out. We both knew we wanted to marry each other after like 2-3 months of dating (he said after one month lol) and we were very intentional with each other.

After work or on the weekends when we visited each other’s apartments, I would cook dinner for us. On the weekends, I would cook lunch and dinner too, and if we were entertaining friends, I would cook all the food for everyone. We love to host parties and dinners at our house, so it was important to him.

My husband and I waited to live together until a month before our wedding (because of the timing of when our leases ended). We combined finances after we got married, as well as bought a starter house, and had kids. But before marriage, I cooked for him, helped clean his apartment sometimes, paid all my own bills and helped pay for dates (even though he insisted I not). After we got married, and before we had kids, I helped pay the bills, paid off his debt, paid the downpayment on our house, and…

You already know that a slight calorie deficit is the most sustainable and healthy way to lose weight. Exercise is helpful and good, but it’s not necessary to lose weight. It’s mostly about diet. You can’t put exercise a bad diet, so don’t stress too much about that. It’s totally understandable that if you’re going through a stressful time in life, you can gain weight. It’s ridiculously easy to gain weight in our modern world. I lost 20 lbs of the baby weight last time by tracking my food in MyF…

As a Ukrainian woman… yes we take our culture very seriously. Slavic people usually have a lot of pride in their heritage and most of us don’t marry outside of our culture. My husband is Swedish and it was a big deal that I married him but he’s been very open and accepting of my family culture. My parents love him. He’s an amazing guy. I’ve been using FAM since my husband and I got together nine years ago. We’ve been married seven years. We prevented pregnancy with it until it came time to try for our first. We have three kids and got pregnant on the first try each time. FAM helps you to know the perfect time to try for a baby. I use a TempDrop, which is $150 and the Read Your Body app, which doesn’t give fertility predictions, it just makes a chart for you. I love not having the side effects of birth control. I would not recommend this… I’m of the belief is better to have kids young as long as you’re stable enough. We started when we were 25 because that’s the soonest we were making enough money and had the benefits and everything to do it. I wish we could have started even sooner. But we had three kids before I turned 30 and I can’t imagine waiting after this to even start. Grandparents are a huge help when they’re young and able bodied. You’ll have more energy. Better chance of healthy sperm and eg…
