It should be a philosophy, because having an ideology on gender roles is a bit naive considering how poorly we understand sex and gender in relation to biology. Feminism is ideological, and that's why it's flawed, IMO. The difference is that a philosophy is an observation about the world. A philosophy can change as the world changes.
