There is a massive difference between "not guilty because there wasn't enough evidence" and a false accusation. They aren't in the same ballpark. At all. In fact, proving a false accusation is exponentially harder than proving a rapist guilty. It typically requires a "smoking gun" It's a complete red herring argument.
