Nice, I’m glad you found your temporary paradise and ride the wave until the previous pain is no more. That’s good that you met a nice divorcee, and that you have made yourself vulnerable to her. We know how wet girls get when guys open up and talk about their pain and traumas.

Yes, I believe young hotties are lining up to please you for one simple reason. This is the internet and no one lies.

That’s wise that you know that it only hinges on female validation. Not many people realize that and now you have all these grifters posing as influencers and coaches exploiting that fundamental idea which is the basis for our simp behavior.

Hi reddit, I’m a 23M who has been divorced for a year and living away from my two young daughters for over a year. (she has another child) Did you mean 33M? I know there are good women out there that are looking for something more than just playing games and wasting time, other wise I wouldn’t date at all. How do you know this? If you are in fact 23, you are still going to field a lot of immature people who play games at that age range. Why so quick to jump into a new thing ? You are more likely…

Not only do people come to this subreddit for advice on course of action, but they also come here looking to talk. This is a cathartic opportunity for people to talk about what’s bottled up inside and for people to build a community of understanding. I agree that we shouldn’t have victim mentalities, but we can learn to identify mistakes and get better from them.

This may get downvoted, but I’m a single guy who visits this forum regularly to remind myself why it’s not worth it. But I’m curious to know if marriage is such a raw deal, why isn’t the sub more popular? There are other subreddits that have tens of thousands of subscribers for a former porn star who hasn’t worked since half a decade ago. Is simping really that bad now? The only thing I can think where the pendulum is swing is the declining birth rates, rising age of marriage, and decreasing fre…

Thanks for your reply! Wow a mission’s trip even?!?! That’s next level. Was her testimony about having an abusive family? Or giving into temptation early and wanting to turn a new leaf? This is something I notice on campus church groups a lot, it would be a running joke if only Christian men weren’t inclined to be white knights. It’s like wow another one has been run-through, and has realized how hollow it is, and now they are born-again. Did her “faith” make you think she was the one to marry o…

You think this is the case, but dating is an inefficient market in the west. Yes, smoking hot girls know they are hot and leverage that and know their demands will be met for fear of her leaving them. However you think it would be better to date lower on the attractive scale. It is not because most guys have this idea and so 7s and 8s have reached an over saturation level that they have excessive abundance. It gets slightly worse at the 5,6 level because these girls know they aren’t the most att…

Did you see any red flags like this before you got married to her? How did you feel about her getting enhancements done? Were you against initially? Or for it bc you thought maybe they were for you? These questions are coming from a single, never-married young guy who’s trying to understand the psychology behind dating women like this. It feels like it’s clearly apparent on the outside that these women have these traits; but like you said, the mask falls off eventually. Perhaps you were under a …

Hi r/dday_throwaway3, I lurk this place and I enjoy reading your posts bc it’s clear that you like to deconstruct modern issues and try to explain intergender concepts at their core level. You explain why things are the way elegantly and im glad that you are motivated to give quality responses. Could you clarify why there isnt a conflict between claiming that men see truth as objective and men also see morality as subjective, while women view truth as subjective and morality as objective? it kin…

Do you not think Christian girls can rise above the norms in this culture and be loyal to their husband as they are to God?

I know this is just one anecdotal side of the story, but if what you say is true, and you are a sincere Christian who though he had his prayer answered and you had confirmation from the Spirit, this really does paint my hopes in a dark contrast for my future romantic life.

I’m actually not close to getting married and don’t even have a gf. There has been this nagging feeling that something feels off about the romance that is portrayed in our culture and I know it sounds sillly but Andrew Tete made a lot of us young guys aware.

If you’re advice I stay single, how does one cope with either loneliness or people thinking there is something wrong with you when you have your life together but have no wife/gf?

Wow sorry to hear that. Any red flags in hindsight?

Not to sound silly, by why would someone label themselves a Christian if that person ignores the prescriptions that are laid out for them? Is it just a trendy thing to say that gives you bonus points in the view of others?

That’s interesting. It seems that someone who is Christian would want to honor God and follow what the Bible says about respecting your husband. And how abhorrent divorce is.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
