FDS has led me to fully embracing how much I care about height and it feels sooo good! Boy bye 👏Yes!! It’s crazy how it’s become assumed that guys are giving themselves a few extra inches—it’s just accepted for some reason that they’re lying. The guy I’m dating now listed himself as my height on bumble and I was legit shocked that he wasn’t shorter than me when we met in person. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 29/12/20 02:56 PM
FDS has led me to fully embracing how much I care about height and it feels sooo good! Boy bye 👏I’m 5’7, have been since the 8th grade. I once went on a date with a guy claiming to be 5’10, he was barely taller than me. He said “wow you’re taller than I expected” and checked to see if I was wearing heels (I wasn’t). I replied that I’m 5’7 and he was like “no you’re more like 5’9 since I’m 5’10”. I repeated that I’m 5’7 and it was like his brain broke 😂 | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 29/12/20 02:48 PM
Wow! I think we all know this deep down, but it really struck me seeing it written out so succinctly.I agree I think most people know about the “how you treat the waitstaff” thing. I like trying to sneak a glance at the tip. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 29/12/20 02:42 PM
No woman should ever have to go through this. For real. I once broke up with a guy for not making it to my birthday party because he was “caught up” hanging with his friends...they were literally at a bar two blocks away | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 26/12/20 03:41 PM
Another tale from the vault: Before FDS, I used to have to persuade men to wear a condom by telling them I was pro-life. To really sell it, I would look them directly in the eye, smile gleefully, and tell them that if they ever got me pregnant, I would keep the baby.Ughhh this happened to me. I went on a dinner date years ago when I was saving up to buy a house (which he knew, I had already asked to go to a less expensive place but he insisted). He pressured me into getting a cocktail, which were $16 there, and then only paid for himself! He was a doctor so could’ve easily afforded to pay for me too. He seemed surprised when I didn’t want to continue the date and go to a bar after... | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 26/12/20 03:30 PM
