For the record, u/TibortheChechen replied to this post with a repeat of the initial How is your transition coming along?

It's criminal to let young children make a decision like this. No it's not and if you think it should be, why don't you argue the case for that instead of just editorializing the headline of a news article?

No, you made an ad hominem attack on the person because you couldn't attack the post.

Trans people experience dysphoria over their sexual characteristics.

Don't try to twist the issue with emotive and pejorative language. We're talking about hormone replacement therapy, not "drugging children", as part of gender transition, not to "obfuscate their birth sex". You wouldn't call HRT for menopausal women "drugging women" or breast reconstruction "obfuscating a mastectomy". Male puberty is what happens to male bodies. Female puberty is what happens to female bodies. Which is why transgender children need HRT.

What point does this make?

What did this get 8+ downvotes for? I would have hoped MRAs would know better than to treat anecdotes as proof of any generalization or to be over-eager in declaring things should be criminal.

Of course it's easy for you to say that as an FTM, given you can get your breasts removed a lot easier than an MTF forced to go through male puberty can deal with her shoulders, jawline, brow, height, waist, hips, hands and feet, etc. just don't do anything that permanently changes your body. Like undergoing male puberty?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
