1	Fleeing family violence to another country and taking your child is not ‘abduction’, but that’s how the law sees it Dude there are a lot of instance where fleeing the country is the wisest... if you say you are a victim of domestic violence they will help you, but nobody is going to hire a body guard for you... if there is danger for your life, you get the fuck out, and you do it with the kids, the justice system can be fast but its not that fast fleeing will buy you some time while you can get a restraint order	/r/MensRights	31/01/19 11:43 AM
1	Fleeing family violence to another country and taking your child is not ‘abduction’, but that’s how the law sees it I've been abducted by my father and i've fleed with my mother so i kind of know both sides of the coin... There has to be laws protecting the child from being abducted for quite obvious reasons, but there has to be a law that protects a family fleeing from one of their parents. Regardless of the age of the infants, there are situations where you only have the posibility of geting the fuck out without even planing it...
