She was over my place before I got a chance to read this advice, but it went well. Heaps of resistance, as in she really wanted to have sex but something was stopping her. Religion (catholic) or something else stopped her even though I was super aggressive.

This sub is information overload so its hard to filter all the advice. I've only had a 2 month relationship and 1 sexual encounter (am 23yo), this is me realising that my life is shit and needs to change. Can you be more specific about escalating?

Think the point is that you should get good at things X, Y, and Z Without already having confidence if your own ability, trying to "get good" is very difficult. Try running when your mind tells you that are a fat sack of shit, try socialising when your mind tells you the words that exit your mouth sounds foolish and stupid. Failures become so damaging to the psyche that no longer does a person attempt anything.

Instead, he should't work on becoming better with women, he should work on being a winner and accomplishing things in life. Problem is similar to the job conundrum; need experience to get a job, but cant get a job without experience. Self worth and confidence come from attempting things and experiencing success, but how do you attempt without being confident about your own abilities?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
