It is indeed possible to change some things, I don't deny that. But most things cannot or hard to be changed and usually those traits are the most desirable. (Why would it be in the other way right? Life would be too easy.)

Yes, but what kind of work will the person do to be taller or something can't be changed in our lifetime, and it makes the person unattractive till he/she dies? I mean probably many people would change many things to be more attractive but it's simple impossible with today's technology.

Being attractive is Stupid thing. Why on earth anybody would choose to be not attractive? "Fuck it, I want to be unattractive." I mean everybody was deployed on earth on a body which can't be controlled much (yes with surgeries and some other stuff) but the most desirable traits like height or having a pretty face are hard to control or "choose".

men are physically attracted to a much narrower age range than women are And women find only a fraction of men attractive, so it'll be equal in the end.

I think it's the same for everybody, it's not gender related. If there is no attraction, it can't be helped, furthermore, I believe a person can't really control (maybe in a small range?) what he/she find attractive, since it really depends on things like our environment we grew up, our nationality, and biology itself. Also being alone might be a better option for the individual than being with someone who he/she doesn't find attractive.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
