It made me tear up. Just watching his body language you can tell he is distressed thinking about it. Towards the end you can feel his anxiety rising as he looks down trying to stuff his feelings back in while frantically tapping his foot.

This post made me feel better. For most of my life I have been EXACTLY 157 and then I started eating more. I now weigh in the mid 170's and so many people who know me have never seen my body change.
