Another underwhelming Mother's Day. Wah wahWe have good days and bad. I got a workout in, worked on my business and sold some work along with being on a jobsite half the day. EACH DAY is a chance to start a better habit. Cruise ships don't turn 90 degrees all of a sudden, they make a change and ease into it. Affirmations | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/05/22 09:46 PM
Another underwhelming Mother's Day. Wah wahOh, I'm not moving out until papers are signed and sock day!!! Thanks for the good advice | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/05/22 09:42 PM
Opinions pleaseNo man goes into marriage with the knowledge that the sex will stop or be controlled by one individual in the relationship or with the goal of going outside the marriage to meet your sexual needs. While cheating is not the greatest thing in the world, were you the first person to "change" the marriage agreement or did she when your sex life went non existent? I am asking a question here, not making a stance on any morality.... Society vilifies cheating in a relationship but there's no discussion… | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/05/22 12:07 PM
THE END IS NEARThank you for a view into my future state of mind. I am working on better as well. I can't say I have a spouse that cheated, but we definitely had our issues. I was mad at her for not fighting for our relationship but I realize now that I cannot control that or how she feels so I am choosing to do what is best for me. I keep treating her with kindness because I feel like even though she might not show how she feels about me, we cared for each other for a long time and she is the mother of my chi… | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/05/22 11:27 AM
THE END IS NEARI mountain bike too!! Sounds like you need to get out on a ride brotha! Go out and ride trails until your drama gets out of your head. Take a note pad with you and free write or journal while you enjoy a beverage of your choice. After a bike ride or a workout is when I really "feel" my masculinity dialed up... be mindful of that feeling and set that as a guide for what you should be "feeling" as you go throughout your day. Also, EVERYBODY needs to remember that we ALL are scared of what's going … | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/05/22 11:20 AM
THE END IS NEARKeep your head up man. You can't appreciate the sun without some rain. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/05/22 08:56 PM
THE END IS NEARNot better.... just a different spot in my journey man. Focus on you, use the golden rule even when you don't think she deserves it. Don't get walked on, but come from a place of kindness, your kids will see it. Cry if you have to, then sleep it off and when you wake up realize that this is a new version of yourself. Try and be a tiny bit better than you were the day before. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/05/22 08:55 PM
THE END IS NEARWe are very amicable and have our child's mental wellbeing as our top priority. Thanks | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/05/22 08:52 PM
THE END IS NEARI see so many men with the same story. So many guys think that fully integrating themselves into their family identity will get them the "love" that they desire that they lose some of the "manly" aspects that made their spouse to fall for them. I read something recently that it is a man's role to lead the "family" and it is the woman's subconscious "job" to always question the dominant role in the dynamic. Most mammals have this familial structure and it ensures the vitality of the whole family … | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/05/22 08:51 PM
