1	Should my wife keep my name if she wants to divorce me? I had a clause in my papers that allowed my wife to go back to her maiden name if she chose to do so without costing her any money like the legal documents and filings for changing a name usually does. She out right rejected the clause when we got to court, had the judge remove it, and then blamed me a couple of years later when she wanted to change her name and found out it was fairly expensive. 1	How do you calculate your parenting time with shared custody? I'm in the exact same custody situation with my ex. I don't have any good news for you. The best advice is to try and negotiate make-up time in advance and hope for the best.
