I think people have misunderstood me, I didn't say "don't lift cause it's useless", if you paid attention to my post I said it's important of course but it's no the magic thing that will get you all the pussy, it gets women's attention but you still need to game them. So if let's say you only have 1 hour a day, literally only one hour to improve something and you had to choose between going out and socializing or being in the gym, go out and meet people. True, if I was a boss I would personally hire someone who lifts just because it shows commitment/discipline. It's not even about just lifting 3 days a week, it's about keeping your diet in check and usually natural lifters lead a healthy lifestyle (no smoking, drugs or excess of alcohol).

You mean like a stranger stopping you on the street and asking for your number ?
