I know exactly what you are talking about (i had to think about how i deal with it). It isn't in me to hurt anyone. But the way i see it, there is two ways to think of it. Pain and hurt. With the homeless. There are just so many. I buy a meal and walk blocks on my way to the train station before handing it off. (homeless on every street) With the food bank, most of the time i work as a warehouse volunteer helping in sorting and distribution. Being able to say no after an expectation to be polite your whole life. It's meant to be hard. Yea, this one. This one is what made me attractive to everyone in the wrong possible way, a magnet for people looking to take advantage.
