Had a similar experience. My mom passed, I was sad about it. Got ghosted and we had been dating 3 years

This post sounds like a kid that got an intro lesson on a subject and then created a guide for it. I’m sure there’s somebody out there that needs to read this. But for most, this is kind of an elementary post that won’t bring anything new to the table.

LTR - no matter what stage of a relationship you are in with a girl, you cannot rely on it as a safety net. You always need to make sure you prevent matters such as “friend dates” with kyle. This requires you keeping her locked in and being an interesting, driven individual. You cannot, ever, get to the point where shits boring. That’s how the pendulum begins to start swinging towards the side that makes her want to swing branches. This is your path to making shit boring. Sure you can customize …

Upon reading this I have 2 angels -one on each shoulder. The good angel says that this is a bad idea. The bad angel also says that this is a bad idea. Since I tend to live life to the fullest and listen to the bad angel about everything, I’m going to describe why the bad angel is saying that this is actually not in your best interest: Predictability dries her up. You need variation, more than that of just content variation. She will pickup that she is going to get some open-ended, generic questi…

I’d skip past the first half of “The Games People Play” and directly start reading on the templates of games. but you’d probably benefit from one of the earlier chapters of the book that talk about “strokes”

Why don’t you man up and directly ask what you are asking, rather than play games. I think you would benefit from reading “The Games People Play”, and the “The Assertiveness Workbook”. Throw in “No More Mr. Nice Guy” as well. I’m not going to fall for this idea where you think you can assert intellectual dominance over somebody solely because they aren’t reading an idea that you are hiding in your head as you’re asking them a question. “No answer what I’m reallllyy asking” is the oldest trick in…

“i just skipped 4 hours of work and not a single skype message” we were talking about how our days are so easy right now with it being a holiday week and nobody caring. (we do similar work)

context is that the power has been down at our on-site work location, so VPN hasn’t been working and nobody has really been doing anything. so i took a field day and made something of my dad instead of working. when i came back nobody had messaged me or any of our group chats

Thank you for response. I guess this opens a side thread - when does implied exclusivity come into the picture (i.e. you’ve never had a talk about it but at a certain point you are)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
